All players locked out, sounds like a nil all draw. Highest team on the ladder pronounced premier. GGWP.

Quito vying to make it (Houston Detroit San Francisco Boston Carolina Wisconsin...Quito?) seven teams to win the comp in seven seasons (including the initial miniseason).

Either way we’ll have seven championship coaches in seven seasons.

Also fifth vs sixth from the ladder going all the way...very interesting.

Very close contest between two scores fitting of the Grand Final! Quito more consistently scoring so far, but Boston were boosted massively by a huge performance by Goldstein. Dunkley and Greene's scoring will be huge in deciding this outcome, as will be how West Coast and their Boston players Sheed, Redden, and Darling perform. Would have to back Boston from here based on runs on the board though.

Quito Quetzals 22.12.144 defeated Boston Terriers 19.8.122
(Real: 2152 vs 1824)

Resounding win to end the season in a very lopsided final result! Quito had way way too many centurions to count, and nailed their captain with Dunkley going massive - but unfortunately he did not come out with the Grand Final MVP as Todd Goldstein was slightly better. A deserving premier over the course of the season (third highest scoring team), finals (fantastic performance every week), and this week (the best of the lot); of course Boston were right behind them the whole way, along with of course recognising our deserved minor premiers Wisconsin, definitely the most consistently strong all year long. 11 in the best is an intimidating effort, and that's with only 60 points between two guys who carried them in the mid-to-later season in O'Brien and Lycett. Could've had 60 more points too if they played that gun Lipinski! That's to take nothing away from Boston, whose 122 will always be a competitive total, and they were right in it until Sheed and Redden spudded it up and Dunkley went huge - only the one ton, Neale's 103, in the midfield was a big loss.

Welp, nothing I could've done about that, well played Ryno, I like to think my 1 year stint as Quito assistant is what made the squad so elite and got them over the line this week, gg xx

Stoked! Couldn't have finished off the year much better than with a 2140 raw. It's been one hell of a ride since going 1-16 in my first season. Thank you for a ripper final TK, the Quito boys will be happy to have their former assistant back for a few celebratory beverages tonight.
