Gawn might be a problem with most teams having no ruck cover.

Any bubble rookies around?

Hurn will bw coming in for me for Duursma and that finishes defense. Just need 1 more mid premo to finish my team completely

Setters > JPK is hopefully all I need to do.

If I need cover for Gawn or Danger I'll also need to do OBaker to Ja. Cameron or any other DPP rookie forward who has an interest in playing.

I'm thinking of the JPK move too, also might look into Shuey a little bit, the Eagles run home is lip smackingly good and he's going to go up another level with Nic Nat back.

Depends if Gawn is out or not. If he isn't named I might just go Gawn--->Grundy and be done with it. If he;s named and a late out on the day, then everyone has that problem.

Failing that, I'm also considering Young > Chol.

Gigantor

If Gawn plays then nothing

Otherwise Answerth>Ja.Cameron via Garnder to open up M/F/R link and use Hind/Clarke/Baker to cover Gawn via Lycett!

If all the rookies hold their spots this trade would actually allow me to cover all 4 of Cripps/Rocky/Gawn/Danger being out  :o

Money Shot

Dylan Moore > Mabior Chol
Brodie Smith > Lachie Whitfield

Leaves me with 4 trades and no cash

Only trade I need to do is O’brien to Gawn but I’m going to wait a bit before making that trade.

Greene is the only player I’m not 100% happy with at the moment but if he keeps going 70+ with the odd 100+ game I’ll take it.

On research, Shuey doesn't have the history to warrant selection.  Really going to look hard into this final mid spot, plenty of options available.

Just get whoever you don't have from Neale, J. Kelly, Fyfe, Macrae, Bont & Sloane.

Thinking I'll need to bring Chol in to cover Daniel, if Danger misses too it'll be a fun weekend!

Brodie Smith > Hurn
Answerth (via DPP) > Chol

Depends if Gawn plays or not. If he does, Young to Chol to cover Daniel.
If not, will get Hoff and Chol.

Only one I don't have there is Bont so tossing up between him and JPK which saves 40K.  Will have to check out both teams runs home.

If Gawn is right think I'll bite the bullet & bring in Whitfield, leaves only 1 trade left but a complete team & solid cover. Don't see any point in playing safe, aim is to finish as high as possible & to do that I'll need to take risks.

G'day Bully. Whitfield has a break even of 154 so if you need a little cash to go with that last trade ?  Cheers mate.

I'd just wait a week (at least) with Whitfield's high BE (assuming he is actually named)

The fact the trade is dependent on the outcome of an injury that popped up out of nowhere last week is a timely reminder that we should be prepared for anything next week...
