Danger loves crows and avg 140+  so danger into gawn/neale.
Yep Danger looks a good VC crowls but I want to go a VC in the GWS game & for some reason I don't trust Danger as C. The Dramafield effect.

Will Kelly get the Clarke tag?  Did a half decent job against Gaff last week and shut down Cripps before that.  Tempted with Kelly, but don't think I can go him over Danger VC.

Was Clarke actually tagging Gaff last week? I noticed Clarke lining up against Shuey on several occasions, who dominated.

Definitely wasn't a hard tag, but he was lining up against someone at centre bounces, doubt he could run with anyone on a wing though and I think Kelly spends half his time on the wing.

No tag really and was lining up on Sheed and sometimes Shuey at stoppages

I think Clarke will go to Cogs, who's not as quick as Kelly, and based on his tag on Cripps and JOM in that they are more in and under.

Fyfe to cop the Curnow tag?

With Danger failing I'm looking at alternatives. Gawn doesn't have a great record against Martin and Grundy is only average by his standards against Goldy. (Although he is in rare form). With Cripps out, I'm thinking Fyfe might have an absolute field day. The only concern being the Curnow tag!
Safe option would be Grundy.
If you have the minerals, Fyfe could be a great option.

Out of Macrae, Dunkley and Fyfe for me. Last starts against their opponents were Macrae 147, Dunkley 147 and Fyfe 154.

I don't have Fyfe but for everyone that does he seems like the easy choice vs a Crippsless Blues

The rucks don't have great records vs their respective opponents this week, but records are made to be broken I guess

Tough choice for the C now  :-\

A possible Curnow tag not a problem?

Why do people continue to bet against Grawndy?

I think Curnow tagged Fyfe in their last game and Fyfe still scored 154? Happy to be corrected on this.

You have to at least consider their history vs their opponents

Grundy hasn't scored big vs Goldy ever, and Gawn hasn't gone big on Stef either

I'm still leaning towards Gawn C, but it's not as straight forward as usual this week imo

Both rucks can have off days but rarely do they both bomb in the same round, in fact it's only happened once this year. I threw out the history books a long time ago, when you're talking about a 30 point difference between the second & third ruck you can generally act with confidence.

Ahh ok, I didn’t think Curnow was tagging last year
