Wisconsin Cockerels 23.9.147 defeated Boston Terriers 15.14.104
(Real: 2201 vs 1556)

Average these two scores together and you get a game you'd expect from these two teams - about 1850 to 1800. I bet Boston wishes it worked this way, as not only do Wisconsin get the four points - they manage an all-time classic score and a monster percentage booster, which will certainly hurt Boston as they race for finals seeding.

Houston Bombers 17.7.115 lost to San Francisco Grizzlies 18.10.118

Reasonably close and solid-scoring game between two teams (probably) out of the finals race. Houston had many chances to win the game but a few dud scores and not enough of a final push forced them to take the L, alongside a match saving solid score by Hunter.

Quito Quetzals 20.9.129 defeated New Brooklyn Hawks 16.11.107
(Real: 1942 vs 1598)

Like with Wisconsin-Boston, those looking for a close game between two high-flying teams were severely disappointed! Quito, on the back of a combined 361 points between their two big men ROB and Lycett, were spectacular and coasted home, opting not to risk going for the 2000, while the Hawks will drop off top spot after a short stay and will hope to rebound next week - but the question must be asked, are they a one-man show?

Ottawa Otters 16.11.107 lost to Carolina Panthers 20.7.127
(Real: 1603 vs 1904)

Carolina had the game home and hosed (as per my previous post), but just had to rub it in with a big 173 from their captain - and gain some valuable percentage in the lead up to finals. Ottawa could've been worse - they would've beaten Boston - but would've had to do a lot, lot more to match it with a 1900+ score, which not many teams could've done this round (apart from Wisconsin and Quito).

Las Vegas Sinners 17.8.110 defeated Chicago Sharks 16.10.106
(Real: 1652 vs 1588)

Not a great game, but at least it was close - both of these teams know they'll have to do a lot better if they want to both make the finals and do the damage we know they're capable of. Neither side was light on for centurions, and neither side had major captaincy flops, but they had a few passengers - the main culprits being the Chicago three previously mentioned.

Anaheim Mighty Ducks 17.11.113 defeated Colorado Avalanche 12.12.84
(Real: 1699 vs 1256)

Big fall for Colorado after a huge performance last round, due to both players combusting (captain Walsh dropped almost 100 points off last round!) and having to go in with the exact same team as the round before, due to reasons outside of ASC. Anaheim were fine, not brilliant but not poor, which I'm sure they'll take this week and bank a bigger score for a bigger opponent.
