Liam Duggan was already your E1, Tucker can't take his place.

And I thought all players were locked out at the start of last night’s game?

This is true, unfortunately for Wisconsin (and fortunately for their opponents).

Based on the team supplied on 06.06.2019,
Duggan goes to D4
Miller goes to M6
Vardy goes to U1
Fritsch goes to U2
First named player alphabetically on list (Josh Battle) goes to U3

Scores Update
St Kilda, Fremantle, Port Adelaide, and Western Bulldogs scores to come

Anaheim: 1547 add Mundy, Boak, Gray, sub (currently 49->51) and HGA (currently 51)
Wisconsin: 1411 add Macrae (VC) and Battle
All over red rover, surely.

Colorado: 1116 add Savage (VC), Blakely, Lienert, Ebert, Drew, Gray, Cerra, sub (currently 49->63) and HGA (currently 49)
Las Vegas: 1216 add Fyfe (c), Powell-Pepper, Westhoff, Gresham, and sub (currently N/A -> 45)
Huge effort by Colorado, they should get up here!

Chicago: 1223 add Polec, Ryder, Wallis, Lobb, sub (currently 34->Brayshaw) and HGA (currently 34)
Ottawa: 1285 add Byrne-Jones, Hogan, McLean, Marshall (vc), B. Smith, Lloyd, and sub (currently N/A -> 63)
Ottawa should get up here, and with a very good score as well.

Carolina: 1104 add L. Ryan, Howard, Naughton, Bontempelli, Amon, Kent, Rozee, sub (currently 42->57) and HGA (currently 42)
Quito: 1047 add Houston, Ross, Dunkley (c), Lycett, Suckling, and sub (currently 11->128)
Will be a very tight finish! Dunkley will most likely be the difference.

Brooklyn: 1533 add Duursma, Johannisen, Liberatore, Steele, Newnes, sub (currently 27->Newnes) and HGA (currently 27)
Houston: 1298 add B. Williams, Matera, and Walters (cc).
Won't lose too many games with a 194 as captain, as NBH should give a 2000+ score a red hot crack.

San Francisco: 1377 add Hunter, B. Hill, sub (currently 50->113) and HGA (currently 50)
Boston: 1440 add Jonas, Langdon, Sinclair, and sub (currently 48->103)
Probably won't be too close of a finish, but you never know.

I won’t have any final scores posting tonight, y’all can do the math if you want though! Can’t be too hard based on above, just I’m not home tonight so no computer access, and doing it all on my phone is 2hard4me

Quito: 1047 add Houston (75), Ross (111), Dunkley (c - 346), Lycett (111), Suckling (105), and sub (117)

Anaheim Mighty Ducks 20.6.126 defeated Wisconsin Cockerels 16.17.113
(Real: 1894 vs 1696)

Anaheim knew they had to be at their best to get the win here, and they were - but it obviously helped that Wisconsin were severely hampered by both Zorko's captaincy and some team-naming hesitance meaning a few big names missed out on selection. Could this be the start of some bad form for Wisconsin, or could this be a poke to the bear, that bear being our reigning premiers?

Colorado Avalanche 16.10.106 lost to Las Vegas Sinners 17.12.114
(Real: 1589 vs 1717)

I foolishly thought Colorado were to get up by my mid-round summations (1116 add 7 players, sub, HGA, and a VC), but didn't take into my calculations that Ebert and Drew were out, to be replaced by OOP players, and Cerra was also missing, taking up their sub. But they were improved, and when they get a midfield back together they'll definitely be looking to challenge - hell, 106 could snag a win every so often. Las Vegas weren't mighty, but they got the four points which is what matters most.

Chicago Sharks 15.16.106 lost to Ottawa Otters 19.9.123
(Real: 1583 vs 1845)

Comfortable win for Ottawa, as they look to possibly force a late push for finals. Chicago, meanwhile, will hurt from this loss as they look for not only finals but placings in the upper tier as well, and are now only one win ahead of the Otters...

Carolina Panthers 15.16.106 lost to Quito Quetzals 20.7.127
(Real: 1584 vs 1912)

Carolina have leaned on a lot of huge captaincy scores this season by the likes of Kelly and Grundy...but not this week as they get easily beaten by a rampaging, outlier captain score! This pushes Carolina to 6-6 and needing wins fast to keep pace with the finals race, while Quito go to 5-7, probably still out of reach of a finals spot but they've shown they'll a premiership contender in 2020.

New Brooklyn Hawks 20.11.131 defeated Houston Bombers 17.10.112
(Real: 1963 vs 1681)

A big co-captain score by Walters kept Houston's score honourable, but was no much for an even bigger captaincy score by Cripps as the Hawks take top spot outright! Cripps may just be the man to sway the 2019 premiership - for good or for bad for the Hawks - just too bad he won't be swaying any premierships in the AFL until free agency calls. They may not have topped the 2k, but they came very close and hit the 130-point barrier.

San Francisco Grizzlies 17.9.111 lost to Boston Terriers 18.10.118
(Real: 1668 vs 1769)

A reasonably close result, as the Terriers fluke earn their second tight win over the Grizzlies for 2019 - the first was with an outlier captaincy score by Neale, and the second because Coniglio couldn't even come close to replicating his (even more of an) outlier captaincy score from the week prior! They may have won and that's the main thing, but 118 won't cut it when you have NBH and Anaheim (lol!) scoring 120+ with ease.

Ladder to come tomorrow when I am able to slack off at work.

If we don't name a team, I thought the convention was the previous week's team is named (or fill remaining spots)...

If you hadn’t named a team at all that would be the case - but since a partial/incomplete team was posted it just undergoes the usual procedure as if you had named five guys who weren’t playing as opposed to five blank spots - filled by EMG and then first players alphabetically

All good - I would have won comfortably if last week players were named so I don't appreciate the comments regarding 'bad form'...

In future, could we please ensure all rules are both clearly stipulated and voted upon before each season (rather than ad hoc unilateral changes) because I never remember voting on banning captain loopholes (if anything, it's a display of skill from a coach)...

fanTCfool

I'd worry about naming a team before loopholing  ;)
