Hurn is the only top defender I don't have, and with him being injured now I reckon I will trade Whitfield to a prem mid, then look to get Whitfield/Houli/Sicily after the byes

I asked about Lachie Weller a few weeks ago in Discord and there wasn't any fans, but I am considering him as a Whitfield replacement

458.5k so there's a 100k profit to be had, and besides his first score of 55 he has then gone 93, 103, 106, 90, 87, 95 which is pretty damn consistent

Not a bad move and one i will consider if Williams plays. Would mean playing Duursma at D6, which could be worse

Collarbone surgery / rehab usually is anything from 6-8 weeks. Depends how serious Whitfields injury is though.

But if it is 8 weeks lets say he has to go!

Yeah, has to go for mine. For me it means keeping Smith at D6 over the byes, and I might consider waiting on that final upgrade until Whitfield comes back. Otherwise it’s a short jump to Sicily atm...

Add Whitfield to Neale I think. The extra points this rd could be huge for me and worth more than the 15k drop, and I should have a full midfield next round, even with Neale out

Looking at Whitfield>Houli, Walsh>Cunners, Hayes>Bewley this week.

Then Duursma>Gardner, Drew>Conigs & Balta>Boak next week.

Those trades would have me fielding 21/18/18 over the byes and 12 trades left assuming none for Rd14. And nothing in the kitty.

Team would be;
Lloyd, Houli, Laird, Williams, Smith, Hore (Answerth, Gardner)

Fyfe, Macrae, Cripps, Oliver, Cunners, Conigs, B.Crouch, Atkins (Baker, Stocker, Bewley)

Gawn, Grundy

Danger, Cameron, T.Kelly, Boak, Marshall, Heeney (Setterfield, Young)

So after the byes, 12 trades to go Hore>Whitfield when he's back, and deal with Atkins & B.Crouch.

Yeah I've had a keen eye on Milera.  Need the money and could be the difference between me coming out of the byes full premo or not.
