Just pulled the trigger on Miers to Young, Libba to Hurn.

Hoping to make some inroads this round, fingers crossed

North Melbournes Finest

I'm torn on so many factors. I've posted my team below, I don't need to trade but I'm torn because of a poor start I need to go for wins now (need cash league wins) and take a risk on someone like Young, or just hold for a more secure option.

Parker > Young
Walsh > Boak

or
Petruccelli > Young
Walsh > Bont/Zerrett

Would love some opinions. Thanks.

Walsh to Boak to Forwards via Settlefield
Trade Settlefield or Parker (who is going to lose money) to a suitable rookie
ID you next trade move for next week

Lads after a little bit of advice
Currently have $27,000 inthe kitty with 21 trades left

Current Team:

Def: Lloyd/Sicily/Williams/B.Smith/Duursma/Hoore (Answorth,Burgess)

Mid: Cripps/Fyfe/Macrae/Taranto/M.Crouch/B.Crouch/Walsh/Constable
(Gibbons,Stocker,B.scott)

Ruc:Grundy/Gawn (Sweet)

Fwd: Boak/T.Kelly/Dangerfield/Dunkley/Drew/Setterfield (Parker,Corbett)

3 potential scenarios
- OUT Duursma/Constable IN Young/Whitfield or Hurn

- OUT Parker/Z.Williams IN Young/Whitfield or Hurn

- OUT Parker/M.Crouch IN Young/Neale

Which would you go, or is there something better I can do?
What do you think of Constable to Young via Drew then Drew to Whitfield via Dursma or Answerth.

Thanks man definitely considered that
Now even thinking trading Drew for Young and Neale for Walsh instead, thoughts?

Thanks! Are you suggesting to do that this week? And what does that last line mean?

Locked in Moore > Boak and Gibbons > Young via Setters last night. At a loss for next week now though.

Couldn't get near the over all unless the teams in front of me got thunderstruck. So it's down to leagues. 6 points clear, plus percentage of 9th spot in money league so no trades and stay on 19 until suitable money making options come around for bye spending. Shocking SC season so far, good luck and the very best of wishes to those still in the hunt

;)

If it was me I would do the trade this week and identify what if anything I needed to do next week

Parker > Young & Williams > Hurn could be an option especially if you need wins this week & next.

backpocket

Trade out dursmaa or scrimshaw for hurn or Whitfield?

I would trade out Scrim ahead of Duurs. I think they both have the same scoring potential & the same bye but Duurs has DPP & probably Whitfield ahead of Hurn because he is nearly $30K cheaper & has the better bye for most teams.

AN1611

Thanks for the advice guys - holding onto Crouch.

Bringing in Neale and Whitfield over this week and the next.

Which one do I bring in this week?
Leaning towards neale as I think he has the higher scoring potential this week

My trigger finger got the better of me. went Petruccelli to Young and Walsh to Macrae. Don't think I've done a helluva lot of damage.
