I was going to upgrade Moore this week, but decided it makes more sense to swing him to the fwd bench and trade ROB. He hasn’t got much more to make and I’m sick of Bines at F6. Hopefully Moore back next week, he will probably become Boak soon anyway, but it’s added insurance with all this carnage.

Cheers for the input fellas. For me personally Blakely is a no go. Can score but without jinxing Ellis I like the durability factor that Blakely lacks.

Moore and Drew to Young and Neale

Mids are done till post-byes:

Neale, Cripps, Macrae, Oliver, MCrouch, Cogs, Libba, Walsh (Stocker, Hayes, Scott)

Think I will go with just the one trade - Moore to Lloyd. Have a spare $200K so no need to go early on a rookie.

HappyDEZ

Guttoed out. Went for Whitfield. Drew & Scrim > Young & Whitfield. Same trade in all 3 formats. Anyway, a quick double check & off to the pub.

Currently have $27,000 inthe kitty with 21 trades left

Current Team:

Def: Lloyd/Sicily/Williams/B.Smith/Duursma/Hoore (Answorth,Burgess)

Mid: Cripps/Fyfe/Macrae/Taranto/M.Crouch/B.Crouch/Walsh/Constable
(Gibbons,Stocker,B.scott)

Ruc:Grundy/Gawn (Sweet)

Fwd: Boak/T.Kelly/Dangerfield/Dunkley/Drew/Setterfield (Parker,Corbett)

3 potential scenarios
- OUT Duursma/Constable IN Young/Whitfield or Hurn

- OUT Parker/Z.Williams IN Young/Whitfield or Hurn

- OUT Parker/M.Crouch IN Young/Neale

Which would you go, or is there something better I can do?

ROB > Young
Walsh > Neale

Gives me Neale/Cripps/Macrae/Fyfe/Oliver/J Kelly/B Crouch which I'm liking the look of

Nice, same as mine.

I can cover all the outs so I'll probably hold. I'm not in the position to trade a Parker for a Young without him being on the bubble. Marsh the only one I'm considering down back but he is too pricey with a crap average.

What do you think of Constable to Young via Drew then Drew to Whitfield via Dursma or Answerth.

Best case is Max does a hammy 15mins in and is out for 4 weeks.

Mate, don't hope for injuries regardless of how it helps your SC.

You just want him to get toweled up, do something stupid out of frustration, and get suspended for 6 weeks (yet somehow nobody gets injured?).
yeh fair point footy is hard enough without getting injured.    I traded him in as per plan when hately did not make the bench.

Lloyd only on 45 at half time making me regret that trade already haha. Chose him over Whitfield (who I'll likely get next week) due to his great history against the Pies.

Standard Q4 for Lloyd. Liking it more now that I am an owner!
