This has been such a difficult week for trading. One scenario ive traded in Yeo and Ziebell but have to get rid of Williams now. Another option is downgrade to Young this week, keep williams and still bring in Yeo. I just cant decide if i have the balls to bring in Ziebell and Yeo in the same week  ;D

would take big balls to bring Ziebs in any week. Go early on Young.

You're probably right. His 140 is definitely blinding me of what i can usually expect from him. Due to Williams and Moore missing again im going to be forced to play Ainswerth and lockhart. Almost certain that ill drop down the ranks if i dont act fast.

Tough one this week

upgrading moore to mundy

keeping zwilliams and trading Duursma  to Marsh

loopholing williams to either Marsh or Clark (if he plays) :(

Really like the Mundy trade, excellent option.

Thanks mate, I have issues in the mids if MCrouch doesn't play, with only Hayes and Scott as options :(

Mundy a bit overpriced IMO but if you can get him go for it!

Yep he is overpriced. I have mentioned before that the fwds are the hardest line to complete and I wanted that line to be the last, but with danger in doubt and with Heeney, DSmith, RGray, Walters all with indifferent form, I am willing to pay overs for him.

Slightly overpriced but I'd back him to average 105 from here, can't see too many other options that warrant locking in for the remainder of the season.

Ok so my first trade is locked in -

Atkins > Hinge via Answerth (to cover Williams)

My kitty is now up to $257,900.

What I want to know is which one of the following looks best for my second trade?

A) Moore > Hurn ($51,600 left over)

B) Moore > Stewart ($128,300 left over)

C) Swing Duursma to the backline and trade out Moore to Fyfe, Jelly, Zerrett

I was all set on going Hurn but if I go Stewart then that $128,300 leftover compared to $51,600 leftover once I get Hurn allows me to get any mid premo in for Duursma next week once I go Drew > Young.

What's everyone think I should do with my second trade?

B - Whitfield, Lloyd, Williams, Smith, Moore, Hore (Hinge, Burgess)

M - Neale, Cripps, Macrae, Oliver, T.Kelly, Heeney, Walsh, Duursma

R - Grundy, Gawn (Bines)

F - Boak, Dunkley, Dangerfield, Marshall, Baker, Balta (Corbett, Drew)

GoLions

Looking at something like:

Drew/ROB --> Young (pending teams)
Walsh --> Neale

Then next week:

Drew/ROB --> Garner/Hinge via Rozee
Duursma --> Lloyd

Alternatively for next week I could keep Rozee in defence and upgrade forwards instead...depends on BEs of premos I guess, maybe should look at byes eventually as well :P

Im in real strife this week and if Coniglio, Dangerfield and Drew aren't named this week then i face massive problems. With Williams ruled out already i am not really wanting to trade him, as i think there are others that need to go before him. I am currently ranked 863 overall but i can see myself sky rocketing down the rankings if i don't make the correct trades this week.

20 trades and only $300 in the bank!

Current team:

Whitfield, Smith, Laird, Williams, Hore, Duursma (Ainsworth, Burgess)
Cripps, Neale, Fyfe, Oliver, Coniglio, Sheed, Walsh, Constable (Atkins, Scott, Stocker)
Gawn, Grundy (ROB)
Dangerfield, Kelly, Boak, Heeney, Rozee, Drew (Pett, Bines)

You could go early on ROB => Fort ... +$281.1
Then Drew => spend $603.2
Or ROB to Balta (BE -32) via Bines  ... only 1 trade

ROB to Young gives you enough cash to go Drew up to any forward or something like Constable to Duncan (which is an incredible POD that could push you towards the top).

Macrae not a POD but same price as Duncan & much better bye especially looking at your side. Neale, Oliver, Sheed, G & G, Danger, Kelly & Heeney share the same bye I think. That's 8 premos already.

Cheers boys!

Didnt want to go early on ROB, but seems like i have to.

Excited to have brought in 3 premiums
ROUND 10 trades
OUT O'Brien ($398,400) IN Gawn ($647,300)
OUT Moore ($379,000) IN Hately ($148,800)
ROUND 9
OUT Walsh ($439,000) IN Merrett ($576,900)
OUT Parker ($254,100) IN Dunkley ($514,700)

Leaves following rookies to deal with
DEF: Hore - duursma, rotham
MID: Scott - Hately, hayes, answerth
Ruc: Bines
FWD: Drew - Setterfield, Corbett

Byes are:  Prem/Rook *nonplaying rookie  - not including injuries yet
R12  D-5/2*  M-5/2*  R-2/1* F-1/2   Tot 13/7   3 non playing
R13  D-3/1 M-4/3* R-0/0 F-4/3  Tot 11/10 1 non playing
R14  D-2/3* M5/3 R-2/1* F-5/1  Tot 14/5 2 non playing

As I still have Drew, Dursma and Hore.  I will trade playing rookies to bring in a prem and/or playing rookie.    I may have to trade Scott to a playing rookie to avoid donut in R12.

Is Young the rookie with best JS to bring in this week?  Drew/Duursma/Hayes can all be traded post r12 unless dropped.   Scott/Rotham hurt big time and need them to start getting games as this would take a lot of pressure off.

So Hately on extended bench for GWS,  Scott, Hayes out.   I have to trade early to have cash to upgrade ROB to GAWN.   I have a pit in the bottom of my stomach.  Way out on the ledge now.

imjusflexin

Who to trade...

Williams, Drew or Moore?

Ingram

Not happy with how this week has panned out and not too happy with my trades. Holding Williams...

D. Moore out for Young
Drew out for Macrae

Fingers crossed I crack 2000...
