Reason for Stocker over Hately is that Stocker has the better bye structure to play through and JS is reasonably assured. Hately may be out for Nigs when he returns.

They have the same bye
My error thank you thought GWS had Rd 13 for some reason. Will reconsider and will come down to JS v Cash Gain. Hately has the better cash generation potential and Walsh the JS.

For people like me with Conigs & Mcrouch it's more like 3 considerations as opposed to 2. Cash Gen vs. JS vs. Points On Field. Short history suggests Hately is good for 80+ but the way my fantasy footy week is going he will get named, traded in & score 49 or get injured or some BS lol. Stub his toe in the changerooms for a late out maybe even! I assume you mean Stocker?

That’s the main query with Hately. If he gets named and scores well, you’re patting yourself on the back. Then what if he’s dropped and doesn’t come back in before byes? He’s another deadweight rook everyone will be wondering what to do with...

I know that can happen with any rook, but with Hately we’ve been forewarned - he’s scored well twice, and still found himself out of the side the next week

Yep. Almost a given. Stocker & Rowbottom dodgy as well. Stocker may have some politics on his side with Carlton giving up what looks like a pick in the top 2 or 3 at best. A plus for Rowbottom is Jack has really struggled for a couple years now with both injury & impact along with Sydney having to shift to a rebuilding phase if they hadn't already. Having said that it's not as if Row is their only mid option to give more opportunity to. Of the 3 he has the worst bye too. Hmmm. Dunno. Mcrouch & Conigs in all 3 formats whilst others are rejoicing Copper a late in again & Whitfield back makes for one of those less enjoyable fantasy weeks at team selection on the back of what was already a flailing previous 2 weeks. Ah well. Hopefully I get my trades right & my team can scrap a good enough score to stay in the top 100 in SC. Hold the line lads! Hold the line! Good Luck SuperCoaches!

Bear in mind Drews been dropped. I’m assuming you don’t have the funds to trade him to a Dunkley?

I reckon Libba > Dunkley is the better option, just depends if you trust Magneto or not.

Drew - Dunkley
Ross - Fyfe

Bloody Sunday squads!
Libba to Fyfe
Drew to Kelly
Bevo could play dunks in the ruck if English has a spell.

I think I might have to grab Larkey. Thing is I'd almost rather cop the price drop on some rookies and not upgrade this week then grab a dudes that will score 40's and I might have to field them. It's barf worthy at the moment.

Outs forcing the hand really...

Moore to Dunks
Drew to Sloane

Walsh and Libba survive another day...
If there are no more surprises, at least I’m still only fielding 4 rooks this week in Walsh, Hore, Miers and one of Lockhart/Hayes, which seems to be a pretty good spot to be in, all things considered

That's a real good result. The fact you can make two trades without having to lose much while also not having to field a Corbett/Stocker/Balta is a certain win

sammy123

Drew to fyfe
Atkins to stocker

Crouch out means stack gibbons and hayes at f6-8 with stocker as a loop option
