KEY-POSITION rookie Declan Keilty will make his debut for Melbourne against Hawthorn on Saturday afternoon at the MCG.

Keilty was initially named as an emergency for the 22, but on Friday was brought into the side as a replacement for Tim Smith (back soreness).
