The only thing that may hold me back is he can't be looped with Bines, other than that he'd be a nice player to stick on the bench.

i have never owned such a player like darling who has been able to flower up your teams sc season. Hes now priced at the point where i have to make two trades just to get enough cash to get someone good in for him.

He was never a proven prem other than the first half of last year where he was amazing, but he doesn't have enough runs on the board

First part of what I said was the key - never been a proven prem, just another Jimmy Webster type who had a purple patch

If you've still got him, then I'd either try and turn him into Hoff, or just hold and accept that he's your F7 and it will take a bit longer to finish your side

In another world I'd be holding Darling this week (maybe Stockholm syndrome).

Eagles have the nicest SC draw coming up so his opportunity will increase a heap with the uptick in I50s.

I'm trading him because the rare time he does get near the ball he looks bereft of confidence.  He dropped a sitter in the first quarter on Sunday and it was deja vu after that.

His ceiling is huge, so could pay off. I can go Drew to Westhoff and Miers to Darling next week... Two "upgrades" to a couple of players that would have cost a cool $1m to start for next to nothing
