Only AFL Fantasy as far as I am aware Bill. Unless SC & RDT have made a change this year. I know RDT have introduced the full round rolling lockout this year.

Was wondering if I could get some help here with what to do with this mess of a team.

B - Williams, Smth, Moore, Scrimshaw, Clark, Durrsma (Wilkie, Burgess)

M - Macrae, Cripps, Oliver, Neale, Fyfe, M.Crouch, Walsh, Constable (LDU, Scott, Atkins)

R - Gawn, Grundy (Bines)

F - Dangerfield, Heeney, Dukley, Setterfield, Drew, Parker (Petruccelle, Balta)


$7,900 in the kittty.

These are the trades I am thinking of -

1. Dunkley > Rozee and Balta > Miers ($189,000 in the kitty)

2. Dunkley > Rozee and Atkins > Libba

3. Atkins\Scott > Stack and Dunkley > Boak

4. Oliver\Fyfe > Whitfield via Duursma and Dunkley > Boak


4th option is a big ballsy, but feel like I really need Whitfield back there.

Any other options that I'm missing?  ???

Trading Oliver or Fyfe is just crazy talk, and you've missed the boat on Rozee too

I think you need a D1 so trade LDU/Scott whoever to Stack, and turn Dunkley into Whitfield (move Moore fwd)

Don't panic though, a lot can change in a week - just don't go dropping proven prems and chasing points

Dusty is out and Libba is in... banks me 140k and is also better for my bye structure as I think Libba could be an M8 by seasons end.

That will be it for this round.

Next round Sydney Stack will come in for one of Scott/Atkins/Gibbons

+1 exactly what I've done, don't care whether Dusty successfully appeals his ban.

Libba would be a good pickup still, but too late for Rozee. I’d try to hold onto the Hoff if I were you though. He’s likely to have another belter at some stage. I’m hoping he’ll become my F6/Ruck cover by the end

I get where you're coming from but chances are Fyfe sheds some cash & then becomes open fodder for anyone with some chump change. Any advantage you have is lost because the massess jump on. Then there's the points lost this week. I'll be taking this opportunity to restructure because I know how difficult it will be to get Lloyd down the track, sideways maybe but my team looks a truckload better with the number 1 defender in the side.

As for getting Fyfe back, absolutely, but if he drops to 520-560k like I expect (judging by other players returning from concussion) it will be a simple case of trading Constable to say Ross & then upgrading Walsh. Have done the numbers & this looks entirely doable.

Yeah, I do understand that and that's why I am having difficulties in going premo to premo. I do have a tendency of going too hard early, hence I ended up losing 9 of my grand finals last year and dropping 500 odd points in the GF and ending up 1,241st overall because I played with one donut

but then there's the thought of getting two premos for the price of one, and I may never get another chance to grab Lloyd
