Pretty happy with my team, but have Mills and Heeney like many.
What are people’s thoughts on this. Downgrade Heeney to Newnes upgrade Mills to Lloyd. I will have 2k left, so can just afford this?

Cheers. I would love to get a more expensive forward, but can’t afford. I’ve got Whittfield, but I think Lloyd is a must have too. Missing out on too many points

Ok... I've settled on Heeney to Worpel. I think it's a smart move for this format.

For my other trade, I'm stuck on one of the following:
1. Hurn to Rich - cash
2. Hurn to Whitfield - I think he'll score 130+ against the Tigers
3. Cripps to Rich - cash, stronger def, have to field Petrucelle for this week until I upgrade a forward next week...
4. Cripps to Whitfield - stronger def, have to field Petrucelle for this week until I upgrade a forward next week...

Hurn to Newman LH?

Rusty00

At this stage I'm going Heeney to Kelly (already have Boak and Worpel) and Balta to Parker.

Ricochet

Like it Rusty.

I'm not sure where to use two trades this week.
I have most of the good cheap rookies. Don't have Balta/Hore to fix up.
Don't have Heeney/Greene to worry about up front. Maybe Menegola but I'll back him to come good soon
Have Gawn and Grundy
Happy with the mids atm - Macrae, Treloar, Rocky, BCrouch, Libba and then Walsh, Constable, Scott.
Witherden is maybe one I can look at down back. Could turn him into Newman for a little cash grab??

Hurn to Newman LH?

Is Newman better than Rich? Also, should I trade Hurn or Witherden?

This is more for RDT (that forum is dead, so I'll try my luck here), but is it worth using a trade to get rid of Heeney and bring in Boak?  I also wouldn't have minded Kelly but I already have Danger and Menegola in my forward line and having three Cats on the one line seems over kill.

Rich is generally a 75ish average guy in DT, unless he's going to have a break out year.

I'd trade Hurn before Witherden

I'm making the exact same move, so my vote is yes  ;D

If we're asking RDT questions, I'm weighing up a few moves there too.

1. Hold Greene, Heeney, and Witherden
2. Trade Heeney and Greene to Boak/Kelly and Newnes/Rozee (can't afford Worpel)
3. Trade Heeney and Greene to two of Dahlhaus/Worpel/Newnes/Rozee
4. Trade Greene and Witherden to Whitfield (already have Lloyd) and Powell/Rozee

Something else when I have no cash in the bank...

Regarding Rich, why wouldn't he have a breakout year? Stats make it look like he's kicking way more than usual. Anyone watched the Lions and can tell me why?

Had maybe 4 or 5 play on kick ins against NM so that may play some part. The only thing I don't like about Rich for fantasy is that a lot of coaches like to keep him in check because of the impact he can have with the lethal left boot.

Good point. A forward tag could kill him. But it can't stop him taking kick ins...
