Post Round 2 Trades.

Heeney, Burgess and Balta are whom I’m deciding between this week to dump. Everyone else playing their role.

Would like to dump Heeney with the added bonus of creating some funds but not sure who to? Already have Boak and Worpel. All the way down to Parker might be an option but means I need to have two of Setterfield, Parker, Petrucelle, Balta on the field. Alternatively I could trade up to Tim Kelly but feel like I need to use this opportunity to build some cash?

You could have a look at Dahlhaus he’s back to his old self, plenty of tackles etc, other is sexton from suns but he has kicked 4 or so each game, I’d just get Kelly u know what u r going to get with him and he won’t be much cheaper. There will be other times throughout the year to build cash, it’s a long year

Why trade one mid priced premo for another when they're both doing well?  I'm passing on Worpel for the simple fact I got the rest of my mid pricers right and there's no room for him.

My first trade was Menegola to Kelly.  Second trade is a bit harder.

a) Witts to Gawn (closed the price gap and Gawn should go large against Bombers)
b) Cripps to Macrae (Cripps will get tagged and gives me uber premo Macrae)

and use the change to punt Hore for Scrimshaw.

I don't mind this because I really don't think Cripps is best suited to AF hence why I think I'm turning him into Macrae.

Cripps averaged 109 last year and there are a few better players around him this year, just curious as to why you think he will be no good in af this year

Leaves me with Dunkley still, praying he can show something against Gold Coast.

Seriously considering Witherden to Harry Jones 170k (if named) and Heeney to Rozee so next week I can bring in Tim Kelly for Balta and have around 290k to spend on my other trade. Probably loses me around 15 points (based on current form), but will give me another cash cow, a way to get rid of Balta (dont think hes going to get named till later on in the year), a swing man to possibly get Hore out, and an easy way to a top 3 or 4 forward.

Thoughts?

EDIT: Think Jones goes at around 65+ if named and has looks like there is some positive signs surrounding him

Nah, Kelly will probably go up a little in price and rookies usually only go up ~$20k the first game. You won't miss money at all.
