With JRoo now out, he’s gotta play more forward you’d think unless they use Balta for that spot. Still, the mood is down especially with Rance out for season, and the team haven’t coped well with it....so far. For me, if Greene is out, I need the funds to get Worpel or Kelly if I decide to get Rocky..

Is it worth cutting my losses with Mills and downgrading him to Moore?

Could then trade Greene to any fwd or defender up to 590k

Caddy is due back this week or next so nothing will change for Dusty

He was stuck fwd for large portions last year when it was Caddy + Riewoldt. The addition of Lynch was a reason why I saw value in him thinking I'd get more midfield minutes from him compared to last year. So now with Riewoldt's injury does it just go back to last years numbers? I don't want 2018 Dusty in my team :P

I hope Balta gets the gig but I have a sneaking suspicion CCJ might get a call up.

Well Riewoldts out for 4 weeks not the whole year so that will only be temporary if it does happen. I'm not sure what mix they will go with over the few weeks he's out though. Dustys problem on the weekend wasn't playing too much forward though, it was that Greenwood did a job on him which he is prone too having a shocker when he's tagged tightly. Particularly when Richmonds losing

Yeah mate. Excellent trades.

Gigantor

Probably just Dusty>Neale

Unless Balta isn't named, then I'm going Balta>Butters via some DPP magic with Moore and Duursma :)

Got a few options and I am quite undecided on which way to to

Dusty and Greene are the only two I am looking at moving - happy with the rest of my side

Option 1
Dusty to M.Crouch

Option 2
Dusty to Rocky
Greene to Kelly/Boak

Option 3
Dusty & Greene to 2 prem forwards - 1 of Kelly/Boak then 1 of Dahl/Worpel etc (Swing Setters to mids)

Option 4
Dusty to Whitfield/Crisp (swing Duursma to mids)
*If I get Crisp, I can do Greene to Worpel too

Option 5
Hold, no trades
I thought u wanted to keep Greene.
If so, I'd do Dusty >. T. Kelly. Telly is a must have fwd, Crouch is good but not a must have.
Otherwise get Kelly and Worpel.
Either way get Kelly!

Thanks to those who provided feedback on my options

Again I seem to be in the minority that isn't in a rush to get Kelly

30 and 31 touches + a goal, and just scraped over 100 both times. I don't see him as a must right now and I don't expect him to rocket up in price and be hard to get either

When I start milking rookies into prems then absolutely he will be coming into my side, but for the purposes right now - I don't think trading out an M4 option for Kelly makes a whole lot of sense

Dusty to Crouch could turn out to be a pointless breakeven trade too

I'm leaning towards burnman Rocky, only because even if he doesn't keep going huge, he will make $$ so he has the ability to outscore Crouch, Kelly or any other option and at the same time make more money so if I do decide to trade Dusty I reckon it could be for Rocky, and that in turn will give me cash to turn Greene into Kelly/Boak too if I decide to trade him

Honestly, I reckon I trade Dusty and Greene to Rocky and Kelly/Boak, or I just hold and make no trade at all. They're the two options I've narrowed it down to

I'm in a rush to get Kelly as I had him most of PS, then stupidly swapped him for Dunkley last minute thanks to Bevo's statement that McLean would play fwd and Dunkley mid.
Given Heeney's performance, Kelly seems the next best bet for top 6 fwd after Danger.
He's only getting better. And history suggests that Boak will drop off and average 90-95, he also may be given tagging roles again now he's switched spots with Ebert.

Those trading in Worpel, are you seeing him as a keeper?

Feels a bit like 2018 Taranto to me. Second year player in the midfield, started strong, but dropped off a bit as the year went on..

Dahl is the guy I'd be taking a shot on in that price range - has proven he can do it

Worpel looks good, but there's always the risk with 2nd year players. Sometimes they pull an Oliver and go nuts, but most of the time they don't

LaHug

I can go Greene and Heeney to Worpel and Boak or Dahlhaus but feel like I'm just wasting trades.

What would you do with Greene and Heeney in your team at F2 and F3 but no cash ($8300 in bank)? Haven't missed any rookies except LDU but can't get him because no DPP. Rozee would be the best forward rookie I'm missing.
