Nothing this week but next week if Collins is poor again he turns into Wilkie then will do one of
Libba > Sheed
Billings > Boak/Weshoff
That is of course assuming things go the same

started sheed and boak.    considering  brayshaw to fyfe/conigs next week

Collins leads the chopping block. How many correctional trades are people making? Everyone will have holes but it's how many that is the issue. I thought I picked better than other years but there's still carnage and tons players I had in draft teams that probably made some of those draft teams better than the one I went with.

I will trade Collins out this week if Grundy struggles against Nank Thursday night.

180k is too much to pay for a rookie purely playing KPD and I would like to maximise my options before prices change.

None this week. Mills and maybe Darling are under the microscope though. If Newman kills it and Mills is underwhelming then that's the cure.

i think joyce is a much better option than wilkie, and will have better job security when brown comes back.

Not going to make any trades yet despite my disastrous 1891 score.

First score I've seen worse than my 1903...

I need some help! I probably need to do Collins to Joyce/Wilkie and Balta to Parker. Usually, I'd wait until next week, but what if Grundy/Gawn fail again? And what if Brayshaw or Libba flop again? Surely Oliver won't but if he pumps out another 70odd? I don't want to need to make 4+ correctional trades next week and regret not making 2 of them this week. This is the worst I've ever started and I'm so deflated about it that I might just quit :( :( :(

How can you quit!?! You're a forum admin and captain option expert for Doctor Supercoach aren't you??? :o

We have the benefit of seeing Grundy play Thursday night against a ruckman that leaks points to the oppo ruck. If he struggles again, you can pull the trigger on Collins to Wilkie/Joyce so you have room for a Grundy trade next week. If Grundy performs though, hold the trade :)

I guess I can't really quit but it's certainly frustrating to put so much time into my team and have all my decisions backfire...

Good point on Grundy playing Thursday. If he and Balta both struggle, I need to do the Collins trade right away but are there any other trades I should be looking at? I started Brayshaw as a keeper so surely I hold him? But is it worth missing Sheed/Rocky if they're as good as they look?

Money Shot

Luckily I stuck with my decision not to pick Collins as he was always going to have shocking SuperCoach scoring games paired with some good ones.

Pretty happy with everything at the moment nailed most of the rookies only bad thing is having Grundy/Gawn combo but I’m happy to wait and see this week.

Balta to Parker the only trade I’m considering for next week. Keep in mind that Parker played against the suns.

Ringo

Usually allow 2/3 correctional trades each year and do in Rd 3. However seriously considering Collins with his B/e up to 49 a week early.  Other concern is Balta with a B/E of 32 but with Rances injury he may be worth persevering with.
Will await teams to see if all are still named and if not will trade earlier than anticipated as learnt lesson last week in holding players who were dropped.

If you feel comfortable starting Parker you could always go Collins to Parker using Moore. Balta being a spud doesn't help either

This starting 30 looks very good LH despite the poor Round 1 score & there are obvious reasons for that the first being Balta & Collins on field ahead of Drew & Dursma. Cappy didn't perform & Oliver had his worst game just about ever. Libba also disappointing (Fyfe & rook instead of Brouch & Libba looking like the smart play early). The good things are it looks like you nailed your MID bench. I have Cons/Atkins/Gibbons so I maybe missed an absolute gem in Scott. All up you missed only Parker I reckon & even he is a wait & see (only played Gold Coast) although he does get up & around the ground a bit so probs goes 50+ & makes some money. Anyway, in summary, it looks a very good side apart from the question marks over G&G that a lot of us have.

kilbluff1985

waiting another week cause mundy has suns but looking at going mundy to worpel and libba to sheed
