Do not think you will be too heavy with Rd 12 bye if getting both assuming some Port players have been upgraded and will be replacing Libba as one as well.

Have you thought of only one of Libba/Walsh retaining one and upgrading on another line if cash allows. Moore to Boak if funds allow.

Yep, now thinking I'll move on Moore before Walsh. Walsh hasn't been too bad. I won't go Boak though I'll still be getting 2 midfielders this week. Need to pick two of Fyfe, Macrae and JKelly.

Another week, another ranking rise, that's 7 in a row now. Williams an obvious worry regarding his injury. Will wait to see what the diagnosis is first but I have noticed that from Constable and Duursma I can reach Whitfield and a rookie, I would like to do that but I can see the Williams injury being a bigger issue this week.

This is arguably the most frustrating week I've had, because a number different scenarios have cost me a heap of points this week. So let's break it down: Firstly, I traded in Dylan Moore over Josh Corbett a few weeks back. Corbett would've been better regarding bye structure, and it was well noted that his job security was better than Moore's. Moore being out this week meant I was forced to trade in 2 forwards if I wanted to avoid a donut. Getting Robbie Young was always going to happen so that's not a issue, but I upgraded to Boak. Now had I had Corbett there, I'd have upgraded to Jake Lloyd, and not fielded Lockhart. Corbett beats Lockhart by 15, Lloyd beats Boak by 38. Then to top it all off, I thought I had the VC on Grundy heading into Friday night and noticed 1 minute into the match that it was on Gawn... So I had to make alternative VC/C choices and rolled with Bont into Cripps. Cripps scored 49 less than Grundy. Total = 102 points gone, cash gen gone, and an extra player in Rd 12 (and probably 13 too).

Anyway, it was still a rank rise and I can move onto this week. Expecting to see Dangerfield return, and would like to field him in the forward line, so it might be time to say goodbye to Reilly O'Brien. I can trade him and Lockhart to Hinge and Whitfield, leaving an impressive $100 to the side. So that's how I lean on this Sunday evening.

Don't worry, I had Lloyd lined up and then was forced to trade Crouch, picked Neale & he delivers his worst match (probably for the year).

Yep these things happen, we learn and move on. Key is to not try and chase the points and dig bigger holes. I called my week frustrating but I almost halved my rank, so was it really that bad in the end?

Well, this is going to be an interesting week ahead. There's 4 of my defenders under injury clouds, and one midfielder. I need pretty much all of them to play if I want 18 this week, so I can see myself fielding under 18 personally although I'm not going to worry too much if I do field less, there's more to the season than the byes and a trade would be worth more down the track than any sideways would achieve right now.

For now it's a waiting game however, see what the injury reports are :)

Whitfield to Harris Andrews my only trade. Will have 18 assuming there's no late outs this week

Wow, what a week. Had 18 thanks to Sloane getting up, and getting past the De Boer tag! Cripps as captain was HUGE. amazing effort. Marty Hore was great and leaves me with a conundrum as to whether I cash in now or get the full cash injection from him. I also made the late call to cash in Will Hayes to Ryan Gardner as I felt like the extra flexibility in terms of trade options would be useful. Worst case is he gets dropped and doesn't play again, and I'm content with that as he's a 102k DPP rookie with late fixtures for the rest of the season.

As for this week, Probably Atkins to Bewley, then upgrade...

This better be my week. Going to have 17 players then get to choose two of Setterfield, Bewley and Moore to be on the field as my 18th and 19th and can decide it after Hawthorn and Freo play :o

LETS GOOOOOOOOO!!! HUGE score sees the ranking soar right into the top 500, the highest I've ever been at this stage of a season. Now arguably the biggest decision of the season. Sam Walsh will go, but I can't reach Oliver from him in 1 trade, and there's nothing good below that price. So that probably leans towards two trades so I can get Neale. Setterfield to a rookie (likely a 102k D/M loop) is the likely route there. But then, that options up the opportunity to go Brad Crouch to Macrae and boy is that tempting... Would leave me with 4 trades and no cover though. A long few days ahead to think this one through

Not a brilliant week, lots of sub-par performances from players I considered premiums. Sicily, Hore and Andrews. Very poor. On the plus side, trading in Ricky Henderson looks like a solid move, can get around that one and watching him play will be good fun for the remainder of the year :) Now I probably SHOULD look at not trading anymore, but me being me and wanting to take that risk means I think it will be Hore and Duursma out, Logue and Lloyd in. And then, barring injuries, I will have to stop trading.
