Too much uncertainty about his role this season. If he played in mids then yep a great pick, however the consensus is that he is likely to spend more time forward this year with Libba back, which will kill his scoring.

And had him in my side most of the pre-season, but Libba coming back makes me think he won't get as much mid time as he did towards the end of last year.

As the others have said it looks like he will be spending some time forward. Given that his scoring won't be consistently good. No doubt he'll kill it in some games when played in the mids.
It's a shame, otherwise he would be in heaps of teams as F3.

Libba returning and cutting into his mid time makes him a pass for me at this stage.

Too much uncertainty and even if he does play well and get more mid time than we think his price won't go up too much and has more chance of dropping if anything. He is an upgrade target later on depending on his role.

Bevo did make comments about Dunkley playing more mid than forward but I can’t trust any Dogs guy apart from

Not sarcasm, just facts which do mean something.

McLean will be playing forward for most of the year which means Dunkley is going to start off in the mids as Bevo also stated.

He's a lock for me. F3 is proving to be a flowering pain in the butt.

Well mids do rest forward and the doggies have a flower of a forward line.  ;D

Still not gonna trust it. Worst case scenario he averages around 100 and doesn't jump in price, upgrade target.

Con is he plays more time forward with the rotations and it burns you with him pumping out 70-80's.
