So decided to go with Clark > Answerth, and of course Clark decided to play a good game unfortunately. Probably should've done the double downgrade like Ringo said, but at least i got Fyfe in who helped me get a decent score this week.

Issues are that a few players are under injury clouds:
- Matt Crouch (Likely to play)
- Tom Atkins (Not sure about)
- Jack Ross (Out long term)

I think Jack Ross is the obvious one to go as his B/E is stuffed now and he's out for too long of a period of time. One solution is to go Ross > Stocker and then go Libba/Walsh > Macrae. Thats the only suitable one i can think of right now, which prevents me from losing any more cash on at least one of them. Just hoping that some other rookies come through over the next two weeks or so because players like Scrimshaw/Duursma/Atkins/Drew are coming close to their ceilings now. I think next week, i may bring in someone for O'Brien, that way it gives me enough money to get someone in to fill up that M7 spot.

Very average week.. Not having Lloyd, Hurn or Whitfield mainly hurt me because my premium defenders underperformed. Hoping that Crouch is back this week, and have no clue what is going on with Dangerfield. Apparently Williams' injury was just hamstring tightness, so I'm just assuming that because the game was over with, that they decided to rest him. With them playing at G, I'm hoping he'll play since they have a terrible record there, but who know's with GWS.

This week I'm thinking of going early on Young and swinging Bines into the rucks and downgrading ROB, that way i definitely have cover if Danger doesn't play. Then upgrading to another prem in the defence especially if Williams doesn't play.

ROB > Young (via Bines)
Scrimshaw > Hurn/Lloyd

Haven't looked into next week yet but hoping to make another premium if everything goes to plan.

Had a pretty successful week after last week hurting me. I was lucky that my rookies scored really week except for Young (17) and Scrimshaw (52). Hoping Crouch and Dangerfield return this week. Williams is out for another week but I'm happy to hold him again. The main player that needs to go is Scrimshaw because he has a high B/E and he's out for 4-6 weeks.

I could do a double downgrade and go Scrimshaw > Hinge and then maybe load off Hayes, because I don't think he's coming into the team come the bye rounds? I'm hoping maybe Drew comes back because he put up another solid display in the 2nd's but still has a pretty high B/E.

I could go a bit more risky and then go Drew down to Begley and Scrimshaw up to Whitfield and be left with 3k, but that leaves me pretty exposed on the bench come the bye rounds especially with Young looking 50/50 on playing.

I would wait for teams. Drew on plane to China possibly as cover for Rocky before deciding. Can we trust GWS on William's injury?
It would appear that Hayes is on the outer with Dogs playing Gardner straight up.
So pending teams I would do Scrimshaw to Hinge and Hayes to Gardner/Baker

If you want Whitfield this is THE week with his BE vs the suns

I agree with you Holemeal, that's why I was tempted with that option. But I also don't want to be short on downgrade options... Hinge & Baker seem the best options right now and I don't have much knowledge of the JS of Begley. Whitfield would keep the team strong with Williams still out but apparently, he might be ready for the Adelaide game next week. I think i might just wait on the teams and see whether Drew & Crouch get named and then see where i'm at.

HoleMeal

Crouch is highly doubtful
Drew will play if Rocky doesn’t.
And Baker has weak JS with a number of dees due back this week and next
Whitfield vs the Suns could go huge

Now that teams have pretty much been announced i think i'll still go down the route of going Drew to Begley and Scrimshaw to Whitfield.. Final teams tomorrow evening may affect the decision with unknown's on Drew & Young. I'm willing to hold onto Crouch and Williams because it seems they're both ready next week. Next week will be the week i try and get rid of Hayes. Possibly going with Answerth into the mids and then Hayes to Gardiner possibly, or even a straight swap for Bewley.

Haven't posted in ages, so i thought i'd give a quick update on how i've gone over the past couple of weeks.

Had a bit of a rollercoaster ride over the bye's because i had so many players out in the first bye round, but despite going down to 10k i ended up ranking higher than i originally did before they started and ended up at 3k. Luckily i somehow managed to move up 15 spots this week, because i had 2 0's and no cover because Begley was dropped. Happy to sit with the team for now, but could be in a bit of trouble if Cripps doesn't come back and Kelly ends up missing as well. The good thing is that i have 7 trades so i can afford to make another luxury trade like i did with Daniel > Marshall. Last upgrade will be Logue/Answerth > Lloyd, so just hoping that i have enough to make it with the two trades. Will also look to Worpel > Kelly for finals, which will leave me with hopefully 3 trades for injuries.

Had a pretty good week again. A few low scores let me down, and having that last rookie to upgrade is hurting so hoping to make the move this week. Decided to move Answerth into the middle last week and the traded Kelly to Lloyd in the backline, which worked out well. I think Logue could possibly get the call up again after Freo's loss to the Hawks. Bewley played a decent game in the WAFL with the most touches on his team. Begley also kicked a few goals for the second week in a row. I think Answerth has the least potential to make money right now so i'm thinking him down to Dunkley but i'm worried about his JS, so i'm a bit confused now on who to downgrade and to which player as well because i want to maintain some form of bench cover.

Had another solid week moving up in the ranks. Having cover has payed off a lot, avoiding the donut with Hurn. This week, I'm looking at downgrading Begley since the bombers are in form so i'm not sure whether he'll be able to break into the team anytime soon. McLean is looking decent from Sydney at 102k and he played in the ruck and with sinclair done for the season almost, i think his JS is good. I'll then upgrade Stocker for Duncan, which will complete my team and leave me with 5 playing rookies on the bench making money. and 3 trades left.
