Thanks for the advice but I need some help. I'm planning to go down from Martin to Greene and English to Gold but need about 107k extra cash. I'm planning to downgrade someone in my defence but don't know who and what to. Or if I should downgrade someone else.

Could you just go something like Whitfield and English to Duursma and Gawn?

I did some more research into some rooks and I wanted to get rid Greene and Goldy but getting rid of Martin and English without getting rid of Whitefield and that required alot of restructing the team. I made the mid stronger but had to make my fwd weaker which is my plan every year but wanted to try something new this year but doesn't look like it will work. So this is how it looks after JLT 1. Feedback wanted. Also got like 16k left in cash

Price difference between Macrae and Sloane is astronomical. Depends what you're intending to do with the cash.

I would go with Walsh/Boak for 2 and 4

I think it comes down to the doctor with Roberton. I was a little hesitant before JLT to lock him in due to the heart. He got through JLT 1 unscathed but the reports from the JLT post-game have me thinking it's better to pass.

DEF: Wasn't sure about Roberton anymore as we're still waiting on the medical results to come back, so brought in Collins who can bring in a bit of money for me. I move Burguss to the FWD allowing me to bring in Clark.

MID: Felt the mids we're to weak and needed to bring in a gun SC mid and with Macrae showing to be a top mid again even though he may lose money, still need him so I can make the mids strong. To bring in Macrae I needed to downgrade Neale to Dusty even though I'm not confident in Dusty, had really no one else.

RUC: No more said. Bines isn't their anymore, I have Fort.

FWD: Most liley one of the biggest risks taken but brough in Boak as he is going to be a risk/reward player as his going to have very low ownership but hope he can work out, if he can't. That's one wasted trade.

Want final feedback before RD1.

I really think Zac williams is a must this year. Kids a gun and should be a keeper.

I looked at trying to get Williams but wasn't sure how. Do I go Withedern/Whitfield down to him and if so where do I spend the extra money or do I go Smith up to him, if so we're do I get the money from.

Just did a minor change, did Witherden to Williams and went Goldy to Martin, leaving me with only 1.9k left.
