I am also in on Walsh. I'd try and do Fyfe/Walsh but that depends on who your midfield replacement for Walsh is in the Collins option and backline replacement for Collins is in the Walsh option.

I Honestly think Martin is going to have a very good year especially at his price. After how he played last year having a below average year to his standards, I think he'll bounce back especially with a good preseason so far as well.

I think walsh is a must have

Yeah, the only way I can get away with it is to play Libba at  M7 but that means playing Collins at at D4, presuming Roberton is fine I reckon I'll just go Dusty. I think the clincher is durability, Dusty has only missed 4 games in his career, Fyfe on the other hand has never played a full season.

I don't have much fat to work with, I need 30k from somewhere but not willing to let go Macrae, Oliver, the Crouch brothers or Cripps.

Wait, did that say Libba at M7? That's the obvious downgrade and use the spare cash elsewhere

That is the contigency plan in the event that Robbo is out, apparently everything looking OK on that front. I just checked ownership & Dusty at 28% & Fyfe at 23%, pretty line ball. Dusty's last 3 year's 108, 119, 104 compared to Fyfe 105,108, 113, think the big difference being Dusty has only missed 1 game & Fyfe 25. Think I've just convinced myself how to get this done.

I'm actually a little surprised that Dusty is at 28%, would have thought 20% max.

He's just entered my team, trying to find a way to squeeze one of him or Beams in there. His 2017 was phenomenal, but can't really pinpoint what happened last year.. Whether 2017 was an anomaly, or last season he just struggled to back it up?

Just has a quick squiz and I'm pretty certain he was never tagged. Still think teams would look at locking dwon Whitfield if Kelly isn't there, and based on gut feel I think Conigs would deal pretty well with a tag anyway. He's got a good mix of inside and outside ball, can hit the scoreboard and when he's not getting the ball himself, racks up tackles.

His first four games are Essendon (no tagger?), WCE (Hutchings who will probably go to Whitfield and we'd back Yeo in h2h against Conigs ala Dusty last year), Richmond (tagger?) and Geelong who I also think lack a tagger with Selwood out of the frame for the time being.

Was playing with niggles the whole year, was even borderline for the the finals. This year he's trimmed down & looks set to play more in the midfield which can only help his scoring. Don' think he'll ever hit 119 again but 110 definitely achievable, for his price that would be fair weight.

If anything Richmond will just have someone run with him throughout the game, Graham, Prestia, maybe.
We aren't really known for our tagging.

So wait a second... are people saying Rocky is a good choice now?

Will play as a defensive forward pocket in round one and score 37... can't wait.
