Well I'm gonna have to find a Miles replacement

Southstorm

Libba is easily the pick of the midfield mid-pricers IMO. Should average 90-95 with ease and the only top 10 mid he shares a bye with is Fyfe.

Miles is shaping like a bust, Hannebery can barely walk and BCrouch is an awkward price for what you'll probably get.

I dunno, 418k isn't that awkward when you'll probably get a 115 avg

What part of Brad's career or current situation makes you think that you'll probably get a 115 avg? Legitimately curious.

Reece Conca anyone?
392k and mid only makes him a bit of an awkward pick.

If he was a defender or even mid/def then I'd have certainly give him more thought.

I believe he's expected to play as a mid which should be good for his scores but he's playing the running half back role in the absence of Stephen Hill and Connor Blakely.

Granted, he's still having a good game tonight despite that, but he's probably a bit too risky.

needs to be a sarcasm font hahaha

But if I was gonna argue for 105+, he's a star who will be our best midfielder when he gets a good run at it, he's never had as good as a pre-season as he's had this year, and he's pain free running and in general for the first time in years (specifically through the groin which ruled him out last year).

;D

I thought he'd be around the 100 mark, just not sure if that's good value when he's $100k off Brayshaw and $100k more than Libba

From a non-SC perspective, would be a great story to see Brad finally get a decent run at playing a whole season without his body letting him down.

If I thought he was only gonna average 100, I wouldn't pick him. Maybe my bias is getting in the way thinking he'll go at least 105 and he won't start slow after a year out, but all 3 of his pre season matches have been great so all the signs are there, he just has to put them all together.

with you on Brad,  think he will go 110-115+ and happy to roll the dice on him finally getting a decent season.   hard to ignore sheed except he doesn't have the runs on the board but geez 40+ possessions today.
