We saw how good he was with two dodgy shoulders last season, imagine what he will be able to do this season with two brand spanking new shoulders.

Dont mind the approach but I dont think its as simple as that. Shoulder surgery is historically tough to come back from for inside mids, let alone the double. In fairness though if anyone can do it well its probably Oliver

Just don't know why you'd risk starting a guy off a limited preseason and shoulder surgery to both shoulders.

Especially when you've got Cripps, Fyfe, Kelly all around the same price with bigger preseasons and then Macrae, Neale and all the other cheap guys like Dusty etc.

Especially when you've got Cripps, Fyfe, Kelly all around the same price with bigger preseasons and then Macrae, Neale and all the other cheap guys like Dusty etc.

To be fair, Fyfe's bursitis and Kelly's hip/knee surgery don't make them big standouts ahead of Oliver in terms of preseason/durability.

How long did Fyfe miss with that? A week? If that? He's playing AFLX and up until that scare had had a full preseason.

As for Kelly, he got his cleanup surgeries out the way early and has been in full training since late November so I'm certainly not concerned. Played 43/44 games in 16/17! Bloke is a weapon
