Dragons trade Aaron Hall and Orazio Fantasia
Hurricanes trade Travis Boak and pick 30

Orazio worth more than pick 30 but Boak worth more than Hall so evens out

spoke to Dudge and powerbug both think Boak will keep fwd status

trades in line with strengthening my defenders and forwards like the Lewis trade

Boak hasnt played less than 21 games a season in 6 years where as Aaron Hall and Orazio Fantasia are injury prone

agree with above, looking to go younger, hopefully hall can stay fit and get some games. This better not be another motlop :P

Hawka

Hurricanes give: Liam Shiels and Josh Caddy
Leeches give: Jack Billings and Tom Scully

Bit of a like for like trade here but i am more confident with Shiels and Caddy's scoring consistency and injury record

Yeah like for like, feel billings has a bit more scope though

Koop

Hedgies give: Josh Walker + NAT 60
Breakers give: Rookie Pick 2

Reasoning: Josh Walker has been a solid player and is finally coming into his own in the Lion's side, averaging 135 over the last 5 weeks so sad to see him go. Would like to take a punt in the rookie though and have a few of his type.

Ringo to confirm.

Confirmed Walker a welcome addition as depth and trust he keeps DPP to assist.  Rd 4 National pick added to even the trade given what can be expected from R2.

Bit of a blockbuster deal to kickstart my reign at Manchester.

Manchester give: N1 & Brandon Ellis

Grope Lane give: Angus Brayshaw, Adam Kennedy & N43

Big fan of Gus Brayshaw and his finish to the year, he'll slot straight into the Manchester midfield and also provides another captaincy option for us. N1 is a fairly big price to pay, and although there's some very high-end talent available in this draft, I'm enticed by Brayshaw as one who can pump out premium numbers from Round 1 next season. Adam Kennedy provides some insurance for the loss of Ellis down back, while N43 is just a small piece to balance things out.

Rids/Nostra to Confirm.

SilverLion

Oxford Owls give: Aaron Sandilands
Blackpool Bunnies give: NAT 47

Reasoning: Bunnies in need of a ruckman to help out Ryder, Sandi probably only has a year left but should be a viable backup should he go down.

SydneyRox to confirm.

Confirmed. We didn't want to lose Gus Brayshaw but he will be mid only next year and we are starting to build a very deep midfield at Grope Lane with Treloar, Adams, Gaff, Dunkley, Hopper etc etc. We used nat 2 a few years ago on Brayshaw so fter his end to the season nat 1 was needed to be involved in the trade. We are taking a punt on Ellis finding some of his lost form from years gone by. Kennedy was a depth defender that was asked for to help cover the loss of Ellis by Manchester. Nat 43 is given to level the trade out overall.

SilverLion

Oxford Owls give: Scott Pendlebury + Eddie Betts + NAT 47
Swansea Breakers give: Anthony Miles + NAT 2 + R 34

Reasoning: Owls keen to rejuvenate their mids with younger guys. Offloading a gun in Pendles allows us to bring in a young talent from the draft, and a speculative guy in Miles who I'm backing will be traded and get more games. Breakers were after a forward so Betts was added to help fill a hole whilst their youth develops. NAT 47 and R 34 added to help balance it all out.

Ringo to confirm.

Confirmed - Sad to part with pick 2 but need to to get a high scoring permanent C. Plenty of youth coming through as well. Miles was in and out of team so adding to trade to balance with picks was ok with Betts adding to forawrd depth where we will struggle with retirements.

Another Breakers Trade
Breakers trade Mitch Wallis and Peter Wright
Hurricanes trade Nathan Jones and Orazio Fantasia

Jones will add more strength to mids and help youngsters develop and Fantasia more than adequate forawrd replacement for Wright.

Sad to see Orazio only have a short stay :( but looking to head a little younger, Wallis fits that requirement, hoping wright can have a good year.
