OK With Sydneyrox unlikely to come on before 24hrs are up I am making the following rulings:

At 12:51;01 24hrs up Dragons can pick and then Wolves and Badgers to complete.

Admin will then transfer unpicked Draft players to the Rookie draft list and then Rookie draft can commence.

Sydney Rox can pick when he comes on but can only pick from the Draft Players that have been left over. Also as he has not been on for the 24 hours he will also be skipped in the Rookie draft if he has not picked.
