Get cover for high SD players or keep trade?

Struggling with the decision of whether to keep the three trades to have an advantage over those without OR use one to get in Menegola to have a better M8/F6 loop with my higher SD deviation players in Rocky and Buddy

$197,600 in the bank so would prob trade out Guelfi for Menegolo if i was going to trade.

If sitting comfortably in the 8 I would hold trades to claim advantage later on and trade when in must win matches in the 8.
