Tossed up between Neale, Gaff, JPK and Kelly! Went with Neale as I was worried about Kelly having a reoccurrence of his groin issue. Lets hope it works for us! :-\

Same. I just thought Freo will struggle big time without Fyfe... plus no Sandi for a few weeks. They are a very young inexperienced side.

Should have gone with my gut and stuck with the masses in picking Gaff. Whats the opinion on sideways trading to Gaff now? Am also getting close to doing the same with Dusty to Pendles or Beams!? I have six trades left with a full premo team and cover on each line. Ranked 446 overall, so don't think I can even get close to the top. Would be for my cash leagues!
Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.
Ps. I'm not trying to gloat, as I know many of you have few if any trades left. Just want some honest feedback.

I'm hoping with the injuries to Tigers last week that Dusty plays more midfield. His second half last week was more akin to the Dusty of old, so will hold him. Just kicking myself that I went Neale instead of Gaff. Thanks for the advice. Good chance Neale bounces back this week at home.

Yeah with 6 trades I would see that as an opportunity to gain ground should injuries to guns occur.
I would see how Neale goes, then if he doesn't bounce back look at Macrae.
Either way I would try and get Macrae by moving someone to M9 or trading worst mid.
Basically Macrae or Grundy would be who I would use a trade on in your situation, or possibly a Lloyd/TMac if u have a Savage/Hibberd/Howe type.
Use your trades wisely for maximum point gain, saving as many as u can for last few rounds,and u could make some serious inroads on the rankings.

Thanks ubeaut! Yep, I'll keep Neale and Dusty with a view at bringing in Macrae once his price drops and hopefully his fitness/form returns to that pre injury! I have Gawn and Goldy, so will leave the Goldy to Grundy till finals if I have trades left.
I started with Lloyd and don't have any of the defenders you mentioned, very happy with my defensive structure to honest, provided Simmo comes back in to the side. Good luck for the rest of the year to you!
