Was chatting to a mate last night and he brought up thr fact that the weagles play every game on sunday but 1 for the remainder of the year?

"If" you got a few luxury trades left, Is it wise buying players from the weagles and playing the loophole game? AKA Hurn, Shuey, Gaff and or the Gov?

Or are we better of trusting the Tim Smith, Austin type players as cover?

Ringo

that is the reason a lot had Olango at R3 for VC Loophole. And as you say now with 7 Sunday games and you have trades could use the loophole. Most of us however not in that position.

Who has enough trades to do this anyway?  ???

Wanderer

That's why I went Olango and Nic Nat

Shuey shaping up as a dirt cheap M9.

9 rounds left, but Rd 23 isn't organised yet, plus by that stage we will all have plenty of other outs anyway so it's fine to ignore that round I think. The following are the 3 best I've found:

(Numbers indicate what game of the round they play from Rd 15 - 22)
North: 8, 7, 8, 2, 7, 3, 7, 9
WC:    4, 9, 7, 8, 7, 9, 4, 8
Freo:   9, 6, 9, 4, 9, 9, 9, 3

I think they are all good options to pick from. In terms of picking a loophole option as most have Olango maybe it would be better to pick a player from one of the other teams as it guarantees a Captain loophole option from the Sunday every round from here.

Personally I'm liking the 5 times that Freo have the Sunday twilight match.

One problem though, complete lack of DPP cheap players from those teams :(

Interesting stats there Powerbug, Cheers,

What about another stat for the teams that play early for the remander of the year? Could grab some early loopholes if you have spare trades and just use them if they go huge?

Mundy averaging 92 Mid/Fwd DPP 440k?  Walters 90avg is 460k. Ed Landgon not averaging as much (85) but also 430k.

They are the only 3 options from these teams in this scenario to consider. Personally I like Walters but am not in a position to make this sort of trade (yet)

If I had the trades, i'd definitely look at Shuey as an M9 for the remainder of the season
