Bucks says he’s now a midfield fixture and he really looks electric in there. Priced at $437k... could be a steal

Might be quite the roller-coaster

Pretty hard to give him the nod when so many other proven guys are priced similarly/a little more

Could be an option for 2019 - will be interested to see how the year plays out for him

I dont trust that he'll stay in the midfield at all. Like Dusty, he's too good up forward to just play in the midfield so it will be horses for courses depending on their opponent and match ups.

I’m pretty keen on him, the midfield time has been building and with an extraordinary amount of inside 50s yesterday he’d be hard to pull out of the midfield.

On a shortlist.  Big risk to take so really need to figure out where and how he plays for the rest of the season.

I think the fact that he feels a bit like Toby Greene is OK.

If I take a sub 440k player at M8, I can complete my team with 7 trades remaining. De Goey’s interesting for sure, but if I’m going to do it I’m more tempted by Dylan Shiel at 428k.

Definately tempted, but I only need one more Fwd/Def depending on where I put Sicily and liking Hurley at 450k ish over De Goey.

De Goey does have a great ceiling though and if he stays mid/fwd next year he is a lock with a full pre season.

Scored most of last weeks big score in the first half when left unattended think Viney went to him and slowed him down a lot

Missed out on Simpson this week due to forgetting to make the trade in time, maybe for the best. I might look to swing Sicily back and bring in De Goey as a forward instead

There's enough prems up forward to avoid this guy:

Heeney, McLean, Sicily, T. MacDonald

Gray, Westhoff, D. Smith, Franklin, Walters, Caddy, Menegola

Gunston, Mundy, Boak

And probably a few more I'm forgetting.

Id take De Goey ahead of Smith, Caddy, Mundy, Boak. But he is probably just oit of the top 6-8.

I have McLean, Franklin, Heeney, Walters, Boak and need one more, starting to regret Boak. The main reason I'd go De Goey is if you were low on trades and saving the money saved a trade. If I can afford it without an extra trade I'll go Gray though.

pies play blues, suns, and bombers in their next three games, can see degoey continuing to find some good form in the midfield
