Yeah they have get through training today they said - hopefully we'll find out later this arvo

shower, no Laird will make it tough

Apparently Oscar Allen has head over to Sydney, Barass possibly out with a minor injury and Shoefield expecting a baby so not heading over.  Would be good to see Allan and Brander playing in Darling and Barass roles.

Certainly excited to see those two play, but probably would have preferred to see them debut against a lesser team

Sydney beat us Round 1, we then win 10 in a row and play Sydney again - don't want to jinx us but feel like our 10 run win could be book ended by Sydney losses  :'(

I'm with you, I've tipped Sydney, but hoping we win.  One of those win/win scenario's, haha.  Swans haven't been great at home and unless Buddy kicks a bag then they don't tend to score much.  Hopefully we can shut down Buddy, but don't like our chances if one of our rooks take him on.

AFL.com.au sayin Barrass wasn't on the flight

Damn, that's now two really important KPP's we won't have (Barrass and Darling)

Buddy RD1 - 8.1 and 175SC

A repeat could be on the cards.

Then again, he probably wants Barrass to play on him  :P

Max Burford - Ten sports reporter
Just tweeted

Tom Lynch and Rory Laird "more unlikely than likely" to be named for the Crows tonight according to Richie Douglas.
Expect Laird, Lynch, Sloane, Brown and Knight to all be fit for 1st game after the bye.

RTB also said that Duman is likely to play for Peel if he plays this week

geez hill is a huge shock.

surely they dont play him, give him the 2 weeks off and make sure he is 100% that has to be the correct move.

Yeah, it was just on AFL site but no quotes from Ross about it

The Dockers could also spring a selection surprise by picking Stephen Hill, despite the classy half-back being posted as TBA on their injury list with a quad complaint.

I read that as he will play for Peel if he plays at all so is a definite SC out. And if Laird doesn't get up, a loophole 7 becomes a donut 5  :(
