Gonna trade Coniglio, holding Dusty.

Question is, who do I get in?

Can get Danger in but it probably forces another trade down the line. Worth it or should I go for a POD in Duncan or Jelwood?

14 definite starters at the moment with Guelfi a probably. So can trade to get to 18.

Why Coniglio?

Looking short for this bye as well as the bye coming (Rd 13), so just trying to navigate through them whilst also bringing in premium scorers.
Coniglio out x2 for the byes is a worry, any guy I bring in will be x2 playing and net me the extra 110 points (looking at Jelwood or Duncan).
Also feel like Coniglio will slow down and has the injury history, whilst also being an absolute butcher. It was between him and Dusty but I reckon Dusty will be back for next week. If you ask about why I'm not trading a rookie to a rookie, they're all still making money and most of them (the good one's) have the bye next week. I'll be bringing in Austin + Ahern and maybe Mihocek so still getting the guys I need in. Can make up a lot of rank during the byes, hopefully my time to jump up.

I’m thinking the same thing. It’s him or Dusty. Think even Dusty misses next week, he’ll come back after the bye and start firing again.

Right, now I understand. I apologise haha! My thinking is that Dusty will beat Cogs on the way home regardless. A week off will do him the world of good, 3 weeks off is a little much in my opinion, especially this time of year.

Apparently Martin has been carrying this injury for awhile, so this week of rest should help a heap, plus he gets to see his old man which might help him a bit. I don't see him missing next week, thats why i think they really gave him the week off because they'd rather him closer to 100% instead of playing this week as well.

Managed to scrape out 17 players this week

But it come at a cost, had to trade both Mirra and Garlett who I wasn't really ready to trade, which will come back to bite me in the ass cash wise trying to get my final team and also Billings who has been nothing but a failure but was quite happy to have him at F7...

In comes Austin, Ahern (wanted to hold out until after his bye but no other options) and Gray who was my only real premium option tbh.

Not happy with the trades but had no other choice otherwise I'd leak points like a sieve.

With Lyon looking to field a WAFL team this week, I'm very scared about Neale.
No Fyfe, Sandi, Taberner, Hill brothers, and then sore Neale and Walters... Lyon may just decide to basically forfeit the match and not risk Neale.
