So BB was only meant to pick a range between 5 numbers, but he has actually given a range of 6 numbers (312, 313, 314, 315, 316, 317), and with PB only having a 1 point difference to BB, the extra number BB put down could've been the difference between PB and BB actually drawing, instead of BB winning by 1 point, so I'll leave this up to Levi/FTC with what happens here.
