Will probably come back to bite me in the ass but I traded him. Has averaged 89 since i brought him and I've had enough.
You're welcome everyone that has him, he'll probably destroy it now :P
Thanks mate that is very selfless of you  ;)
I'm always thinking of others
Jokes, I'm a selfish prick

The one thing that has really stopped me from losing it at Dusty is that everyone has him so every week it hasn't hurt in league matches

For the first time this year I'm now facing someone who doesn't have Dusty

Do something Dusty!!

WTF is wrong with this guy??
How does one go from brownlow, norm smith, top 3 mids of the comp to this average spud?
If only I had enough trades he'd have gone ages ago. Something ain't right, whether it's physical mental or both.
If he's playing injured and not impacting the game I don't know why he's not given time off to get his body right. Someone like Miles would cime in and play better footy than he is.
He just won't tackle. That's not good enough. 50% DE isn't good enough either.
And for SC purposes 30 points at half time is a rookie score.
So over it.

You make it sound like he’s playing poorly. Do you watch the games or are you just going off SC points?

Last year was one out of the box. He’s probably never going to reach those extreme heights again, but he’s still playing pretty well.

The Dustbin of old returns, getting back to those DPP days.

Thank you for lifting Dusty :)

I experienced that last week. At least he got 99 this week. Pretty good second half, but shoulda kicked 3.

I have seen a few games and he avoids tackling, butchers the ball and generally looks half the player he was last year. He's not busting packs like he used to and getting caught holding the ball a lot.
Why couldn't he reach last year's standard again? GAJ did it for years and Dangers been up there for a while.
He's not playing anywhere near what he is capable of.

I reckon it's just a premiership hangover. Went harder than any player in the history of AFL last year and got suitably rewarded for his efforts.

Reckon he got a taste for it again last night in front of at least 45k loyal supporters in the second half, expect a big return from him this week or next.

And he isn't going to be any worse that he has been this year, so he's a lock for 2019 SC, possibly with Hanners and Rocky if they bounce back also.

Butchers the ball?!?  Not sure what his percentages are, but he makes some extremely high level plays all the time that come off.  Danger butchers the ball!

RaisyDaisy

He is clearly not at the level he was last year, and he probably never will again as that was insane and near impossible to maintain year after year

He is still playing quite well, but the big difference is that so many players around him have stepped up this year, so there isn't the reliance on Dusty there was last year

Great thing for Richmond, but not great for us SC owners

He should have DPP next year so he's a lock (Danger should too but curious to see if CD will actually do it) but for this year I've accepted that Dusty should go 95-105 from here. Disappointing, but he's still a gun surrounded by an incredible team so the points get shared around more now

His percentage is way down as well.
47% at half time; to go with 2 FA and 0 tackles, 1 mark.
You're talking last year's Dusty.
I guess I'm also annoyed at myself for starting him when I thought he'd at least have a few off games (as he did even last year, his best), and could get him much cheaper. Turns out he's had a whole off season.
Against my better judgment I picked him anyway due to FOMO.

Thought Dusty started to show a couple of signs of last year in the second half , the goal he bombed from 50 on the run is some of what's been missing from his game and he looked very pleased with it , I think you will see him getting back to his best as the finals approach  ;)

Bully

Ignoring the points situation he played his best game in a month. People need to realise that Richmnd 2018 are not reliant on 3-4 superstars. Not sure he'll ever average 110+ again but very few players do that these days.
