I've made up my mind to go Billings -> Ronke because I've had enough and Ronke looks like he'll hold his spot for a little while and is scoring well. Doing this leaves me fielding Ronke/Fritsch/Gowers with ZGL/Guelfi on my bench (McLean, Dev and Hogan as premos).

I'm pondering whether it's worth going Finlayson -> Hurley. Doing this gives me Laird, Hurley, Simpson, Howe, Witherden and then Murray/Doedee/Naughton.

Other options would be:

Crowden -> JPK
Lyons -> Danger

I feel like Crowden has a bit more cash to make and Danger should drop to nearly or below 600k which would then be an ideal time to grab him.

That's why I'm leaning towards Finlayson -> Hurley.

Have come down to these 3 options this week for trading:

Current forward line is decimated, need to fix this up before i worry about anything else.

Buddy Smith, Petracca, Billings Fritsch, Higgins, ZGL, Guelfi

Trade 1:

Buddy & Billings - R Gray & Spargo
Make 200k out of this and start fixing my team

Trade 2:

Billings & Holman - McLean & Spargo
Keep Buddy but only allows me to have 17k

Trade 3:

Buddy & Holman - R Gray & Spargo
Make 102k out of this

I'm in the same dilemma mate. Holding Billings because a) he will eventually get back to scoring consistent 90s I'm sure of it and b) at worst he becomes f7, his value is too low to trade right now. I dont think he goes much lower.

So its buddy who is on the trade table for me. But issues are there too... first of all if he comes back next week then it's basically a wasted trade... PLUS all the other options will drop in the next couple weeks (heeney, gray) I am heavily considering Darling but I will only pull the trigger if I'm confident buddy misses at least another 2... which I'm not

In my opinion the Saints are finished and so is Billings, been holding onto him for way to long. Thing with Buddy is, he might not even get up to play next week, its the risk you take. Same thing happened with Josh Kelly, i traded him after he missed his second game and 3 weeks later he's still out.

Getting rid of the spuds in my forward line this week.

Petracca - Gray

Billings - Spargo

$300k to splash around with next week

Fielding 3 forward rookies at this stage of the season is unbelievably weak IMO. If you must trade Billings, I'd suggest going up to Heeney/Sicily instead of down.

Ronke just doesn't fit into your side.

Billings just isn't scoring much better than the rookies anyway, plus at least someone like Ronke would give me some cash gen. I currently don't have the funds to upgrade Billings with a single trade, so I'd have to cull someone like Finlayson, Crowden or Holman for example to get him to a Heeney type.

You have already got forward cash gen coming from Gowers, Fritsch & ZGL though, who all have low breakevens. Adding Ronke to the mix just seems like overkill. Like what if Ronke gets dropped? Slim chance you would think, but we all thought that with Guelfi...

I would cull Holman to bring in Heeney.

If you're downgrading Billings it leaves your fwd line very weak.
You've already got 4 premium defenders and Finlayson/Doedee averaging 85 so I would try and get another fwd. You'll get more than twice the amount of points (100 Hurley 85 Finlayson 15 points, Fritsch 65 Gray 115 Heeney 106 40 - 50 points)
I know Fritsch has more cash to make but you could do this next week after another price rise.
Lyons is averaging 95 so I'd definitely wait for a Danger price drop there.
If u think JPK can keep it up Lyons > JPK would cost nothing, leaving cash for upgrade next week.
I don't know how u can be comfortable fielding 3 fwd rookies, 2 is too much for me.

Ok changed my mind for the 573638th time

Crowden > Ronke
Buddy > Sicily (make or break)

With 235k in the bank.

Since none of my other rookies are really ready to cull, bringing Sicily in for Buddy not only gives me solid FWD points, it allows me flexibility next week to upgrade either Doedee, Finlayson or Murray to a forward prem (likely Heeney once he drops) via Sicily depending on whoever plays worse out of the 3.

Hoping holding buddy for this long and finally deciding to trade now doesnt come back to bite me.

With some luck I can double up Doedee > Heeney and T.Kelly > M.Crouch next week although might be a little unlikely given only 235k in the bank now. Would need a lot to go right for that to happen.

Option 3

Woppa15

Finlayson > MCrouch @ M7 through Coffield DPP. Leaving TKelly as only mid rookie on field.
Billings > Hogan @ F4. Leaving 2 rookies on field @ F5 & F6.

Was contemplating Banfield/Crowden > Ronke for cash generation instead of the Billings > Hogan but unsure.

Which way would you go? Ronke gives cash Hogan gets rid of Billings.

Laird. Yeo. Savage. Doedee. Murray. Naughton. (Coffield. Keefe.)
Macrae. Fyfe. Titch. Dusty. Cripps. MCrouch. Cogs. Kelly. (Holman. Banfield. Crowden.)
Gawn. Goldy. (Olango.)
Heeney. McLean. Sicily. Billings. Fritsch. Spargo. (ZGL. Guelfi.)
