backpocket

Laird, hibberd, Finlayson, doedee, Murray naughton starting in the backline.

Sicily in forwards.

Banfield on my mid bench.

Looking at going;

Banfield to rookie, Finlayson to YEO.

Only 38k in the bank, any thoughts?

Ps. Already have spargo.

You have already got forward cash gen coming from Gowers, Fritsch & ZGL though, who all have low breakevens. Adding Ronke to the mix just seems like overkill. Like what if Ronke gets dropped? Slim chance you would think, but we all thought that with Guelfi...

I would cull Holman to bring in Heeney.

If you're downgrading Billings it leaves your fwd line very weak.
You've already got 4 premium defenders and Finlayson/Doedee averaging 85 so I would try and get another fwd. You'll get more than twice the amount of points (100 Hurley 85 Finlayson 15 points, Fritsch 65 Gray 115 Heeney 106 40 - 50 points)
I know Fritsch has more cash to make but you could do this next week after another price rise.
Lyons is averaging 95 so I'd definitely wait for a Danger price drop there.
If u think JPK can keep it up Lyons > JPK would cost nothing, leaving cash for upgrade next week.
I don't know how u can be comfortable fielding 3 fwd rookies, 2 is too much for me.

I've worked out that I can Billings -> Mutch and Crowden -> Sicily which I think sounds a lot better than my previous plan. The only issue is if Mutch gets Guelfi'd by the Bombers. If I do that, then I'm only fielding Fritsch/Gowers and get a definite scoring improvement of Sicily over Billings.

Getting rid of the spuds in my forward line this week.

Petracca - Gray

Billings - Spargo

$300k to splash around with next week

Solid!
Do you have Buddy?

I did but already traded him. With no confirmed time frame on his return i gave him the flick

Samsturmfels

Who is everyone trading out of Murray and Finlayson first?

Murray. I should have flicked him over Naughton last week. Hope he repays me with a decent score but he's just about maxed out unless he tonnes up.

I didn't get Ronke because of this.

Hope everyone else missed the boat haha

Torpedo10

Would you still get on Ronke at 180k?

I quoted this too, how good would've it been.  :P

Would've given me an extra 80 points doing that over Petracca -> McLean with Fritsch coming on ground.  :P

Dusty will come good, this is typical of his scoring.

Not that I don't agree, but this is exactly what people were saying about Billings a few weeks ago...

Can’t really compare Martin to Billings though.. Martin has the runs on the board. Was tagged hard by Jacobs today
