Would love a couple of Robbos in the mids to pick up Stefs hit outs.

I’m more interested in getting this guy over Heeney, Gray and Walters.

What was the reason for his 73 & 76 in the 2 weeks prior to the Swans game? Did he still have big midfield minutes in those games or did his role change?

Mat0369

If anyone is curious as to another reason why our list is a basketcase, it had to do with letting guys like Robbo and Garlett go for absolutely 0 return

Grigg for Collins
Daisy for Betts
Robbo for nicks
Garlett for nicks
Sauce for nicks

Reads like a horror story.

Then there's the drafting, Boekhoerst who was a monumental reach. Overlooking Darcy Fogarty for a soft outside runner will also come back to bite.

Amazing how badly they have stuffed up their drafting in the past. They have got a few right, guy called Cripps at pick 13 goes alright!  ;)

His 76 included 4 clangers of which 4 were frees against -  In his 73 his possession count was the lowest it had been for the season.  Has had no real obvious change of role apart form being close to Zorko to help his tags.

Thanks Ringo, that is good to hear. Serious contender for 1 of my last 2 forward spots now (currently Billings & Fritsch).

Appreciate the 172 but still a bit upset at passing McLean few weeks back over Robbo

Spewing I grabbed Tom Lynch from the Crows

Grigg for Collins was horrible. All the Richmond supporters were like 'we gave up too much, Collins is a beast' while I was whinging we got some spud while Grigg was a solid player that lacked opportunity with the midfield we had back then which was actually quite deep.

The next three are obvious. The Sauce one is a bit unfair. He wanted to go home and he was never going to be the number one as long as Kreuz was in the team. He was out of contract so that limited our return and we went on to butcher the picks. The sub rules changing also limited how many rucks we could carry and we had Kreuz, Warnock and Hammer all under contract. We were trying to turn a raw Hammer into a forward (which didn't work) to play with Kreuz. Jacobs is a number one ruck and it was the only resolution for both parties.

I'm not going to pot a first year player in O'Brien. He has showed flashes and fits a need for us. He is supposed to have elite disposal which I haven't seen so far but if he can legitimately start to hit targets he will be a weapon with Cripps in the middle.

You're missing two others on that list. Laidler went to the Swans for absolutely nothing and was a handy player for them.

Waite is killing it at North and would have stayed a Blue had old mate Mick and his staff offered him the extra season. They didn't he bailed and Malthouse potted him in the media.

Also a couple of other role players at other sides off the top of my head in Gowers and Holman were on our list. Holman looked pretty handy but had some deficiencies. Gowers didn't commit to footy until after he was de-listed and realised his shot was gone.

He's officially turned to shower since returning from his broken toe.

I've never trusted the bloke. Goes on scoring runs but rarely sustains it.
