What about lachie neale? Wont cop the tag with fyfe in the team and also has a couple seasons history of 110+
Is he a better option than Merett and Crouch?
I've had Neale from the start and it looked as though Walters was eating into his points. Walters goes down early in the game and Neale pumps out a big score. I think Neale will score big while Walters is out, but will go back to around 100 when he returns.
No, Walters was not eating his points.
Neale was still getting big disposal numbers, it was his disposal efficiency that let him down.

The last 4 games Neale averaged 28 possies, last round he had 35 (25% increase), and he had double his average in both marks and tackles. Maybe it's just a coincidence, but his production did lift.

All good choices. Me personally will take a miss on all of them. Woyld prefer danger when at his bottom price

JPK is tempting as, 440k for a former 110 proven guy.

Has NM, Hawks, Freo and BL in the next 4. Has career averages of 102, 114, 116 and 112 against them. incredible.

However, Neale is more tempting imo, even more than Zerrett. Cleaning up his possession will help his scores big time.

Feel like Neale has the biggest chance of going 110+

Yeah has to b neale the bloke has been big past 2 seasons. Could just b a slow start

Marstar

JPK to get the Jacobs tag this week though?

jvalles69

Tempted to jump on Danger now, BE of 151 and priced at 640K, why flower around with the rest?

JPK diiiiiiid average 103 last year.  It just fits with the idea that he's on the decline.  I'd be avoiding, particularly with much better options for less than $100k extra.

Neale's a good POD because of his bye & the fact most people will be taking Crouch (same bye) over him.

If they had different byes I'd be tempted to take them both.  But as someone who started Crouch I am so confident about bringing him back in.  Also half of Freo is in my team at the moment ;D.

Crouch -> Neale -> Zerrett -> JPK for mine

Can't afford the other two in Zerrett and Neale so going to go JPK.

At 440k for his potential is way too hard to pass up. At worst he jumps 100k and lets me jump on a bottomed out super prem in a few weeks.

And yes Jacobs probably goes to him this week but I'm sure JPK scores the same as Murray at worst whom I'm trading out. Has a friendly 3 weeks after that as well. Parker probably just as damaging and if not more than JPK anyway.

Only have Mirra and Guelfi as my true rookies on field now. Doedee/Finlayson/Kelly scoring like near premos for their position.

Can I just ask how you've managed to get to 7 prem mids and 5 fwds? No fwd rookie injuries? Avoided all the premo injuries? I started with alot of cash and haven't been able to make a single upgrade yet.
With more rookies on the bubble this week and next and Walters out might be able to afford one upgrade, two at most. And still I'll only have 6 mids and 5 fwds.

I've got Kelly at m8 and Taranto at m7 and now have Cripps, Cogs, Dusty, Mitchell, Zerrett and Fyfe.  MY forwards are Greene, Billings, Heeney, Dahl, Mclean and Gray.  I'm not going that well so it would be possible for sure.

I've had Ablett injury, Crouch injury, Rioli injury, Langdon initial injury, Venables injury, Ryan injury, Byrne injury, Lobb injury and now Greene to deal with. So i've been flowered up with them so far.

Titch, Fyfe, Oliver, Bont, Coniglio, Beams, JPK
Menegola, Smith, Billings, Sicily, Deledio

So not the best of the best but just doing what I can. Will be bringing in Crouch & Danger and Gray & Heeney etc when I can.

That's a good effort. I just wonder how people have managed so many upgrades when we've all got mostly similar rookies and, apart from the backs, they haven't made much money. Plus injuries to Ryan,Venables, ZGL, Garlett dropped...
How did u get 6 fwds and 7 mids including Taranto? Who did u downgrade to make money?? And to who?
I'm genuinely interested as I started with heaps of cash yet due to rookie injuries (and Walters)haven't been able to upgrade till this week.

6x fwds who were $478k+ at start of year and Coniglio M6? What the hell do your Defence and Ruck look like?
