Traditional ANZAC clash between these two teams with a little more interest following their upset wins last week against the Adelaide Teams. Sit equal position on the ladder only separated by %. Teams very evenly matched but Pies will get their hands on the ball early with Grundy being an inform ruckman.
Not really confident at all here so may chicken out and call a draw.

Reckon this will be the best measure of each club’s remainder of the season. Tipping Essendon by 26, and I think Pies will win the first quarter.

Should be a cracker going on last weeks results think the Pies in a tight one Grundy for the medal

Going for Essendon with a low level of confidence.    not sure if the boys will turn up or not.
Hoping Bellchambers get hold of Grundy and reduces his influence.   Think our spine is much better than Pies.

Really looking forward to this game. Pies for me
Beers as well?

Collingwood by 16
Of course
I know where I'm spending my ANZAC day then
Hang on, forgot about the time difference. May have to take Thursday off work.

I have tipped Collingwood but with no confidence. The midfield battle is the key and we really need Grundy to again dominate and give us first use of the ball. If Essendon get first use then Joe D might be in for a day out again. Fantasia not playing helps though.

First Anzac Day game I've looked forward to for a while! Can't really split them. Essendon by a goal

Agreed, this one is super-hard to split ... I think Pies form and mids give them the edge but my gut just tells me that Essendon will think they can realistically take this one despite the Pies' hot form ...  :-\    ;)

gut over head says Bombers by a goal and a bit ... either way looks to be a cracking game!  ;D

Pies by 2 goals.

Essendon are just impossible to pick, they could feasibly win this by 40 points or lose by 60 haha
