Billings had a crap start to the season last year too. He did come good and there were still patches of low scores but he went on to finish 92.6 avg. I'm not sure if you should trade him out just yet. He gets a couple of lows then does have 3-4 game streaks so maybe he can have more of those for you this year. I would think the expectancy after a few low games would be to have a winning streak - not the other way around.

So I bit the bullet and traded Kelly to McLean put him in fwds via Garlett (already had Finlayson in mids covering for Kelly and he gets the job done and needed to strengthen my fwd line). Upgraded a def rookie to Touhy - already have Yeo, Laird, Hurley and Sicily so the next one I thought was better value for price, consistency and in a good team was Tuohy.

Yeah, it sounds strange lol but I had Murray, Doedee, Bonner and Naughton as defense rookies on and off the bench. Also Finlayson but was able to move him to mids. Way too many good scorers and cash to choose from for me in defense as I picked the right ones from the start. And too much cash on the bench there too! There's not much cash elsewhere at the moment so I needed to even stuff out a bit.
PS. I only have Heeny, Franklin, and Smith in the fwds hence the move for McLean there too
Edit PSS. I have my eye on some midfielders but waiting for their price to go down and also Gray in fwds after the bye.

Or how about fwd rookie out, Sicily fwd and bring in Coffield down back? Then downgrade Bonner > Mirra next week, play Murray,Doedee,Coffield ? Huge cash boost to upgrade mids.
I just can't get my head around having 5 premo defenders when the rookies are scoring so well.
Sometimes I wish I had other people's teams as I find it way easier to find their trades to do while I struggle to see what to do with my own lol.

But what I'm saying is 3 defenders is enough with how great the rookies are going.( Most teams have only 3 for this reason).Especially compared to fwd rookies. There's been injuries galore in fwd rooks and I'd kill to have 5 premos or 4 premos and Bundy.
