Not sure where to start with this team. Few cash cows not getting up. What should I do? $133k in the bank.

O'Meara and Cripps far too weak for M3 and M4

Not sure where to start for you as Cox at R2 also not cutting it.

Develop a plan to start getting the prems into your team.

Initially then I would downgrade Brayshaw to Crowden and then  take your pick of upgrading Cox to a prem ruck with cash or Upgrade O'Meara to a prem mid you can afford.

Not sure whether you have traded but last week was the week to trade out under performing rookies for performing rookies. Usually Rd 3 is used to correct rookie mistakes.
