So I missed trading Merrett to Danger doubting gut feel,yes/no, yes/no then got locked out when I'd decided Merrett had to go !

Now he's lost cash do I
A.)Keep him (least favourite option, he has Ebert this week and will continue to cop a tag)
B.)Trade to Danger even though I lose extra $$ (even if Danger drops is it worth missing points waiting for a small drop?)
C.)Straight swap to Coniglio ( he's gone up 50k but still cheap as at 500k)
D.)Trade to McLean to get a potential top fwd ( in mids to start, move fwd later)
E.)Trade to Oliver/Macrae/other 600k mid

Second trade is Brayshaw > Crowden/Richards.

A.) Leaves 320 k in bank but no Danger and risk Merrett stinking it up /losing cash.
B.)Leaves 95k locking in Danger
C+D.)Leaves 320k with Conigs/McLean but no Danger
E.)Leaves 240 k with Oliver/Macrae but no Danger.

Jump ship and I choose option B, straight to Danger.

I like McLean and Coniglio.    One Keeper and one m8/9 in conigs the way he is going.    Still unclear how fast Danger will get back to 130+ avg.

I am thinking to do one of the following to rid myself of Lobb:

1 - Lobb to Richards (via Sicily DPP)
I am assuming Lobb will either be missing/injured or Simpson will be brought in. Feeling more comfortable seeing Sicily at F4 than Lobb, well until Sicily does something else stupid.. Richards looks good and can ride the pine at D7, bringing Murray onto the field to replace Sicily. 2nd trade will then probably be Ryan to Henry. Gives me an additional ~$320K in the bank for future upgrades, and additional rookie making $$ all with little to no loss of points (Murray effectively replaces Lobb on field).

2 - Lobb to Petracca/D Smith
Keeps Sicily in defence at D3 with a straight Lobb upgrade to a potential keeper in Petracca or D Smith. I do not make any money this way, but have a potential keeper added to replace Lobb, with the expected points boost that goes along with it. 2nd trade once again will probably be Ryan to Henry.

Which option would you choose and why? Current Defence and forward line below if it helps

Defence: Laird, Hibberd, Sicily, Bonner, Doedee, Finlayson (Murray, Naughton)
Forward: Walters, McLean, Billings, Lobb, Bundy, Fritsch (Ryan, ZGL)

Thanks
Unless u can afford Heeney I'd be leaning towards option one.
Gets another cash cow making money and cash towards a premium mid.
Back rookies are scoring well so three on field is the go, and fwd line doesn't suffer with Sicily,Bundy F4/5 and only one on field rookie.
Smith and Petracca doing well, but I think the cash made and generated more than makes up for them with option 1.

Can't really afford Heeney. Yeah leaning towards option 1. gives me a nice little war chest for the get danger fund

No mention in the FF match centre, but at some stage I seem to recall the commentary saying Honeychurch was putting work into Merrett?  So presumably he's started getting the tag over Zaharakis which isn't good at all.  And we all know about form slumps post concussion...

Tagged or not either way it's bad news.
Tagged - can't handle it and will be tagged in future.
Not tagged - how does he score 53 untagged? Without the goal he kicked lucky to get what 40???
Somethings not right..

My options this week are gaz to conigs and arma to petrac, or gaz to anyone and LDU down to crowden and look at getting rid of arma next week.. not sure

McLean. Defence more plentiful in rookies, less important to bring in a prem.

whynot102

Trade or hold Lachie Neale reasons has had around 30 possessions each weak gone under 100 and 29 on the weekend for sub 80 thinking Gibbs genius trade or over reaction

Thoughts on Brayshaw and Ryan out for Richards and Crowden

So i move Finlayson to the mids so Richards goes down back and i move Fogarty to the forwards so i get Crowden in the mids

Leaves me with 324k

I see Richards is the most traded in so far this week. Don’t know anything about him, can anyone elaborate? JS/scoring potential?

He carved us up last weekend. Has looked very good in his 2 games so far.

I'm going Ryan to Richards via Sicily DPP. Have ZGL and Venables on the forward bench but only cop 1 rookie on field which would be Fritsch.

Then I have to trade Ablett out. Am 2k short to go GAJ to Danger. Looking at the Port mid/fwds as POD's

Given how well Kelly/Holman are going on field I think it is less risky trading in Port/Suns premiums. Looking at Ollie Wines.
