well this blog got a bit heated!!! boys i think north and the dons are at a similar situation, both been strong teams in recent years and trying to get right back up there. both have young lists, only time will tell. but from a bombers POV, i'm liking the future of the backline got a good mix of different types back there which is a good start. rucks will be around for a little while, gumby has shown a little in last two games - is he the messiah for essendon?? our mids have really improved on clearance work i've noticed this year, last fews years we've got smashed in this area so about time this has been worked on!!! hope we can sneak into the 8 again this year, think it'll help the confidence and give good experience the week leading upto a finals game again!!    anyway to the point of this post!!!

If you could change one  thing about the rules what would it be: umpires stop trying to be so analytical of this massive dynamic game of ours, take some responsibility and judge moments on a situational view - perhaps we really do need past players umpiring this game???
What do you like most about  FanFooty: got a good mix of funny calls and serious statements. monty and co have got all the info here one could want, albeit i still will but prospectus!!  its really good to get others oppinions and giving my own helps as well

For example Prospector_1, not sure if you've posted once on the forum - is that because we become parochial?
Ossie, love your work, but most of it's over here! Sams Town re we in the same league?
Myself i tend to post over there more cause of the "vibe"! Here people appear to be more "tense" and "uptight" here - not sure why apart from the sheer numbers!
Still i love this site all the same and have spent some time here - m0nt you do a gr8 job!
Still coming to terms with being considered a nuffy - so poignant in my case!

Thanks Iozza :). I visit YSSC pretty often. i usually only check out 3 sites for dt/sc and YSSC is one of them. I like the recent thing that guys/girls have been able to write their own blog and stuff. Good reads.

I just don't have alot of time to write blogs and stuff. have a little side thing going on with sca101 with another user on here (Alex7089).

Dom just went over to sca101 and I loved it! Why couldn't you and Alex, for instance go over to YSCC, set up a Sub-Blog there and simply paste your piece on there!
The exposure by Marcus for the Sub-Blogs on his main page is second to none and Ossie does a blog there too!

I'll be looking out for your blogs Dom over at YSCC! I have book marked ur page now - still having the likes of you guys there can only broaden our horizons and improve our SCing.
Sometimes one gets caught up in a certain thought process, so it's important to absorb as many angles as possible, in that way making, hopefully, the most informed decision we can.
Next year my intention is too set up a "Sub Bloggers" League, now my hope is that we could crack the top 20 leagues - with all the yak going on in the psych-out box it would be huge!
As regulars we already have Watto, Carsot, Ossie, SC Fanatic (we write together), Jakes, Millsy, and myself. So if you could be involved with Alex.....!
