Jelwood is tough and brave and there is no denying that.

Right, now onto why people hate him.

He has admitted to doing what it takes to get a free kick.

He drops nearly every time he is about to get tackled. He cynically uses this ploy time and time again and it is annoying.

He 'ducks' into tackles using not his head but his whole body.

Different tactic, same result - a head high tackle.

The lawmakers agree that ducking your head is not something to be rewarded but have yet to realise 'ducking' your whole body is a premeditated deliberate attempt to draw a free kick.

Duckwood.

Ahhh, that feels better.

So much Jelly hate in here.

Jelly is annoying, plenty of people are annoying if you drop your knee on to somebody's face you should be reasonably lucky you only got the 1 week.

Sicily looks like a roller coaster both in suspensions and scoring. He smashed it in round 1 then didnt even get half that score in round 2.

I wouldnt trade him out as at 400k he is a decent price and the DPP is handy. The good news is he has a latish match so you can probably loophole a bench player which is really helpfull up front with Garlett Ryan great loophole options as they are very volatile.

So far we have seen 1 great score, 1 poor score and 1 stupid move by him.

isnt this what you expected?

at the end of the day he is averaging 93 and missed a game through stupidity. I would think when you picked him you where expecting 85-95 and missing a few games. He is spot on that.
Sicily into jelwood then?

Got a few issues with who I'm gonna captain this week. I'll be using Olango again, but there's so many options for the VC that I can't really pick. Dusty and Titch are out the window cos of their late game, but there's still plenty of options. What are people's thoughts out of these guys for the VC?
Cripps - Contested beast, should tear Pies apart
Oliver - Same as Cripps, will definitely tear my Roos a new one
Fyfe - Huge past average against Gold Coast, looks to be close to his old self, 150 on the cards?
Gawn - Will probably beat Goldy in the ruck and influence around the ground too

Jacobs to tag Oliver? Will it affect him?
Cripps or Fyfe into Dusty/Titch I reckon.

Fyfe/Oliver into Dusty/Mitchell. Cant decide out of those.

Mantis

Think Fyfe has to be the VC option with his record against the suns. Then into Titch or Dusty im with Titch though

Brikett

Olango putting in some work for me early in the year.

Titchell into Danger.

Should be about 10 minutes between games to decide which to take.

I think it will be more like 40 - 50 minutes so you will be fine!
