365,600 MID/FWD

Has started the year with 100 and 113, which are his two highest games SC wise for his career.

Set to rocket in price this week and is very much in the mix to come into my side. His JS is rock solid and with Scully going down will likely continue to get a lot of midfield minutes.

Does anyone think he could be the Oliver of 2018?

could be a good forward option.

thinking of pulling trigger on lobb to him but really got to think about it.

Lobb was destroyed yesterday and can only see him doing well vs teams with undersized rucks (not many)

Bully

Can definitely break out in year 2.

Fyfe - 70 (year 1), 110 (year 2)
Oliver - 70 (year 1), 111 (year 2)
Bont - 78 (year 1), 103 (year 2)
Selwood - 77 (year 1) 98 (year 2)
Dusty - 77 (year 1) 98 (year 2)

I like him a lot more than Petracca. Round 1 he broke the 30 possession barrier for the first time, that says to me his fitness has peaked & should be able to run out the season. Good draw coming up too.

Definitely a watch and see

I'd rather pay the extra 50-75k after he has completely proven he is going to be a keeper

Other priorities too, but definitely on the radar

jfitty

Seems to be attending a lot of centre bounces, but probably a tad too expensive to bring in if you don't think he'll be a keeper.

As RD said, pay a little extra in 2-3 rounds time when/if we know he's going to average 90+.

He's my top waiver pick up of the week in draft however 8)

Oi, keep it quiet.

But yeah, I'd wait and see. Two games so far have been promising and Lobb to Taranto could be a goer soon depending on how both get on over the next couple of weeks.

Also a little wary of how the likely inclusion of Hopper impacts Taranto as well.

Watch this space.

Having watched both GWS games I didn't actually notice him a whole lot, but he's stood out on the stat sheet massively. Personally I'm going to be jumping on him this week - I've seen enough to suggest he's going to be playing midfield this year and scoring well as a result.

The main thing that's given me confidence is his increase in ToG% - from 73% up to 87% and playing in the guts. Even without a role change that suggests he's going to score a fair bit better than last year.

Greene probably back in as well this week.

Taranto is a solid kid so JS seems pretty safe. Like RD, probably want another look this week to be sure.

Great pick! I went Dunkley, round 1 was good, round 2 he didn't find the foot yas much, BE of 21, tempted to hold, not a terrible pick.
I've got the cash to go Brayshaw to Taranto via Garlett to mids. Very tempting, allows me to have zero rookies on field as well.
But that money was supposed to be for Danger upgrade down the line.

I got Dunkley also. round 1 was great but round 2 was serviceable. Missed 2 pretty easy shots on goal so i mean convert them and he gets 80-85 which is great. He scores well playing inside Midfield but him playing full forward is a worry.

brodiejay

Had him in my team all preseason, as I loved what he showed last year and in JLT. Replaced him in a rushed 'overthinking' final change when I started worrying about having too many mid-pricers.

I'm bringing him in this week and I'm annoyed at myself for not trusting my gut on him and Clayton Oliver, who also got lost in the shuffle in my overthinking. Happy with my rookies, so Taranto is my main correctional trade target before price rises. I honestly think he'll end up a top six forward by season's end if he stays healthy.

I am really thinking of doing this trade but is it worth waiting for another week or 2 and see how he goes with Hopper and Greene back in the team? Lobb is really worrying me and i just don't see him being that 90-95+ scorer i hoped for at F4
