"We'll have a match-up.. we'll certainly spend a lot of time on it" Chris Scott on tagging Tom Mitchell on Monday via AFL360 @FOXFOOTY

Does this statement give any one 2nd thoughts.
not really,  unless he gets in to the bottom of the packs,  mitch will get 30+ instead of 50 plus and score 100-110.   I can live with that.   Just not likely to have him as C.  Will have Danger.

Yeah i wouldn't be touching Titch this week. Had his worst score on the cats in this matchup last year and you can expect scott to put extra work into him after all the hype surrounding him this week. Plus Scott doesnt let too many run free at the best of times.

Cant go wrong with Danger in a comeback in this game, with Kelly against the Pies or the stock standard Dusty/Gawn as VC.

PowerBug

Fyfe VC, Titch the tentative C but I'll be tempted by a Danger move that's for sure. I'm banking on the Crows to do a number on Dusty.

Do Adelaide have anyone to play that role on him though? Sure as hell won't be Sloane, Crouch or Gibbs but I'm sure they will have someone in mind. Weather it's effective or not will be another question

Coniglio into Dangerfield

Old mate Buckley will do us a solid and let the GWS mids roam free.

Dusty into Fyfe or Coniglio I am thinking.

Who do Adelaide use as a lock down mid that can run with Dusty?

We don't have a viable tagging option IMO so can see Fyfe having a much better game than round 1.

Could be Langford, feel he's the right athletic type for tagging even though I'd prefer not to see him as one.

Let's be honest, teams barely tag these days. Might be bit of a run with role here or there when someone gets off the leash but a tight tag is rare

No, but there will be a pre-game brawl with him being in the middle of it, if the Crows forward line have to walk across the centre square to get to their positions. There will be players just nudging and bumping the entire game, just constantly trying to unsettle him. I'd be disappointed in them if they didn't try it.

Gibson if he plays, which I think he will if his hammy issue is all sorted.

It's pretty loose for the first 6-8 rounds and then you start to see it every second week.

I've got Sloane. Not sure who my donut will be but he's my VC option

Really Ebert done a job on Fyfe , Steele shut down Zorko , Jacobs is back tagging he shut down Lyons I think tagging is on the increase and we will see a lot this year and I expect someone to go to Dusty , Mitchell to get heaps of attention after 54 and Graham to go to Sloane as he did a good job on him in GF

May go Buddy into Gazz just to be different.
Buddy last round would have been brilliant!

Goldy VC and dunno after that.. it's a toss up between Titch and Buddy

I am going with cripps as vc, as i think he could dominate against the suns.
For captain should i take neale or zorko? I currently went with Zorko since he has the highest ceiling but if he gets a hard tag again he could struggle.

Wouldn't touch Zorko after last week.

I'd say he'll want a solid 110 in his return, but not much more. When you're a quality player like he is, a shocker like Saturday will hurt your confidence.
