Brendon Goddard can accept $1000 sanction, careless contact with umpire Ray Chamberlain.

As an Essendon fan who also had Zerrett in their team, it's disappointing that Douglas gets off lightly. I was hoping that the death penalty would be temporarily reinstated.

“He had a knock in JLT1 that we’re aware of, but that was diagnosed as more of a migraine. There’s reports of another incident at training that might’ve been a slight headknock, but certainly not concussion.”
