Gaff should be 6 at a minimum based on the precedent from the Bugg hit last year, could be more given the seriousness of Brayshaw's injuries

Grace says a penalty of 8-12 weeks is "manifestly excessive". He argues that the starting position for the sanction is 3 matches. He says he will not suggest a definitive penalty for the Tribunal, but says a penalty should be at the lower end rather than the "demonstratively higher figure" of 8-12 weeks.

I reckon Brown's case should be chucked out. Every video I've seen, the ball is lucky to be  more than 5 metres away and his hit hit him in the shoulder. Nothing to see here.
