First Try 2018 team ... Lookif for feedback

Here's my first go at team for 2018 looking for feedback please!!!

BACKS: Laird, Tuohy, Lloyd, Naughton, Murray, Finlayson ..... Keefe, Doedee
MIDS: Danger, Mitchell, Crouch, Fyfe, Parker, O'meara, Brayshaw, Barry ..... Banfield, Kelly, Holman
RUCKS: Gawn, NicNat ..... Olango
FWDS: Franklin, Heeney, Billings, Sicily, Brown, Fritsch ..... Giles-Langdon, Ryan

$55k left in the bank.

Only other option I'm deciding between is O'meara down to a rookie, maybe Coffield and then Giles-Langdon up to Christenson.
Guess it comes down to who has more potential. If O'meara is finally over his injuries think he has the more higher ceiling.
Thoughts would be good. Cheers!

good well balanced team.    nicnat is your biggest risk, so consider  goldy, jacobs or sandi to byes and upgrade to ryder.   JOM is worth the risk and easy downgrade to best rookie you have missed if he gets injured again..
