So I haven't looked at my team since SC opened. Apparently 50% of my squad is injured or suspended. Some of my guys may still fit that category. I have made some changes having watched a grand 3 games of footy over the pre-season. Here is what I have

Main Concerns:

Yeo - Interuppted pre-season, role is unclear.
Fox - Too expensive given other options around.
Kreuzer - Too expensive, also rolled an ankle last night, not sure how serious.

Don't mind the Gibbs and Pendlebury picks at all, think they're both great PoDs.

Would look at bringing in Hurley/Hibberd/Simpson/Savage for Yeo; Barry/Banfield for Clark/Fox; Possibly look at upgrading one of your 4 expensive rookie-priced mids to an O' Meara/Armitage type.

Also Venables --> Ryan.

Didn't know about Yeo, I'll have a look at who is available. Simmo might be the winner since I'm not a fan of the other guys. Might also consider a 2 prem defense while I load up with another mid. Defense tends to have the most rookies year in year out.

Kreuz will be fine. It's a minor roll and we have time before round 1. I was shocked at how good he looked over our 2 games. It's the best I've ever seen him look.

I watched Sydney play the other night and Fox looked awesome. Also had a SC friendly role. He is just a little more expensive than Rather and I don't think Barry plays round 1 and I have no idea who Banfield is. I'll add him to the radar so thanks for that one.

Not going near O'Meara. Last year he did the same thing before a string of 60's and knee soreness. His knees are cooked. Arma I have as more of a DT/AF player. I see the merit and he could be a decent stepping stone but I'd rather find the extra 100k and grab Conigs if that was the case. There will be a 10-15 point difference come the end of the season.

Waiting for teams to be announced while I decide what to do with Coffield and Waterman. I'm thinking Tom Cole and loophole one of my rookie defenders this week (and captain) for Coffield. Waterman could be any WC rookie, probably not touching Garlett at this stage. I can always grab his a correctional trade but I'm not sold on him

Byrne, Naughton, Murray and Doedee probably have better job security then most other rookies. Brodie out is going to have me back at the drawing board. I'll post my changes tomorrow
